- How Christianity is spreading in Nepal despite conversion ban.
Last year pastor Keshav Acharya was jailed for religion conversion. Despite strict laws that ban religious conversion, Christianity has spread rapidly over the last two decades in Nepal. Different foreign organizations are providing funds to promote Christinity in Nepal.
Nepal has one of the fastest growing Christian populations in the world. Mainly Dalits, and other marginalized groups, are leading a surge in the growth of Christianity in Nepal. The Federation of National Christian Nepal says 65% of Christians are Dalits. The growth of Christianity is driven by three things Money, Faith Healing and Discrimination.

Thank u for raising this issue I'm from India my neighbors recently converted to Christianity and every time they come at our house starts preaching us why to convert they use violent slurs at us for reading Hanuman chaliss , celebrating our festivals etc.. we're moving out of here in July 2024 it is too difficult to live here now , they're bigoted they claim that since Jesus died for us and clearing our sins coz absolutely we're sinful from birth ,so it doesn't matter what we do!since we're free from karma so pray to Christ .. I'm like whaaatttt? Even Krishna has to suffer human like to respect humanity and respect karma.

I am a Christian and I agree with you. We should follow the truth not money. People are following the wrong thing that's why it is a chaos. It's not that complicated to know the truth but some has turned it into a business. And when i was 16 i was diagnosed with cancer 4th stage...
I went through chemo multiple times and it never worked out
And during that period i found jesus.

Article 26-1 “every person who has faith in religion shall have the freedom to profess, practices and protect his or her religion according to his or her conviction.” ik that it's also written that one shouldn't convert person of one religion to another. However, what we christian do is share about God great works and what is written in the bible we do not force people that you have to change your religion at any cost.
Okay i didn't know that some foreigners were giving things to others but how can people forget their respected sanatani darma just for those food and the things that they get from them? People are hindu just because their ancestors were hindu other wise many people don't know about their religion properly. They just know there Are these these Gods. Some even killed humans, wow! I had been doing so many bad stuffs before,losing myself on anything thats how i was. But believing in christ changed everything, I felt love, i felt calm for everything. My depression got cured by just praying and following his message. The revival, the peace, I am sure no religion will give u but christianity is not a religion but a rlnship with god. Thanks for adressing the map issue. However, the guys were little hard on me for that but that's fine. I knew that you would acknowldge that as a good content creator. The CAGR (Compounded Annual Growth Rate) of Christians in Nepal in the 50 years period was 12.67% whih is huge. And yes if the same rate have continued then the number of Christians have reached 31,61,022 (Equivalent to 10.84% of entire population). Even if we assume that it's 5%, that would be nearly 5X from the last census's 1.4%. So the problem is huge. I used to ignore this conversion stuff in the past. When one of my close cousins got into an argument with me then I decided to research the facts and I was shocked. It's good that you are addressing the topic. I totally agree with the content.
