5 Millionaire Habits That Changed My Life
Вставка
- Опубліковано 31 жов 2019
- In this video, I will share five millionaire habits that changed my life. According to studies conducted by Fidelity, only roughly 12% of today's millionaires in America inherited a significant portion of their wealth.
One of the most effective ways to build wealth is to study those who have done so before us. Some of the habits that I will mention in this video have a direct correlation with a significant increase in income that I have experienced in the past few years.

I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.
I understand that tomorrow isn't promised to anyone, but investing today is hard for me now because I have no idea of how and where to invest in. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.
I invest across the top markets but not by myself though. I follow the guidelines of *Nolan Velden Brent.* you might have heard of him. I can correctly say he's worth he salt as an investment advisor as he diversification skills is top-notch, I say this because I see that in his results as my portfolio grows by averages of 20 to 3O% every month, unlike I can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what he places and not just on some particular industries of my choosing. he gave me that financial freedom I needed.
This is the second time I’ve read this comment. Do you post this comment on every one of his videos? Why not post something different?
Impressive i like that, fortunately, I had a college economics teacher that taught me a lesson at 18. That lesson was: for every purchase you make, you can't buy something else. Varied sources of income is wise and especially living within your means. Think about taxes and how you get your income. I made $72k combined net last year and paid no Federal taxes.
Right there with you. I'm retiring early, no debt. Kids are taken care of. Building my dream home on 11 acres, looking over the river valley. there are loads of ways to make a killing right now, but such high-volume near impeccable trades can only be carried out by real-time experts.
@@gowonjake
I've been thinking of going that route, been holding on to a bunch of stocks that keeps tanking and I don't know if to keep holding or just dump them, think you inv-coach could guide me with portfolio-restructuring!!!
@@annabells7473 sure, the Investment advisor that guides me is "Dominic Patrick Ruby" and she's renowned and has quite a following. So it shouldn't be a hassle finding her. Just look her up.
@@gowonjake There are a lot of strategies to make tongue-wetting profit especially in this down market, but such sophisticated trades can only be carried out by proper market experts...

Phishing a little????
1. Journal. Can be therapeutic. You can look back on what you have written on your goals.
2. Spend your free time to build skills.
3. Have a "Think Week" like Bill Gates. Take a break from doing things, meditate to allow you to take a step back to review your direction.
4. Have a schedule to keep yourself organsied. Put down all the things you need to do and have a routine for different areas for your life.
5. Network with people. Associate with people who are driven. Find a mentor.
Finally a habits video that doesn't involve wake up at 5 and mediate. I totally agree that you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. Friends are people that you can actually choose to hangout with so it's important to pick people that have similar values and goals and also respect your time as much as you respect theirs.
Read books on law of attractions. It works.
*gets rid of all my friends
Creating space for yourself or separating your self from the world as he said is still some sort of meditation 🧘♀️
But isn't waking up at 5 am and meditating a good habit?
It is hard meditating everyday, its like those basketball drills that are boring and mundane but you don't become an NBA player just playing basketball, you need to practice same drills for hours everyday for years.
@@sportsaddict9104 no i think they are great habits but I don't think everyone needs to incorporate those habits to change their life. Actually mediating doesn't even have to be you sitting there emptying your mind. Like I find watering my plants meditative and some people might find cooking mediative for them.

Poor is VERY different from minimalist. I'm super cheap, but a massive hoarder at the same time. Its easy to collect tons of stuff at any income level, if your neighbors are throwing out working stuff or you do a lot of thrift shopping.

Is life exciting after retirement or does it feel there's nothing else to do than survive?
Do you need loan?
@@williampaul6708 what about the loan, from bank or individuals?
The deprivation from being poor, made me into a materialistic person once I started making money. It took years before I woke up from that mind set. Thank goodness, I saved and invested at the same time I was buying clothes and other stuff I don't need, but only wanted.
- I made a wish list
- Kept a financial calendar for all bills and I consider paying into my saving account a bill.
- autosave a mutual fund account, started with $50 per month.
- auto transfer from checking to savings.
Financial calendar for bills is a good idea.

Tip for anyone who doesn’t have time to read (or just doesn’t like reading lol), LISTEN TO AUDIOBOOKS ON YOUR COMMUTE! Increase your human capital just while you’re driving.

I made my first million during a self acclaimed foreseen crash, what i can say to early investors is diversification and solid management. I Reserve much gratitude for Jane Marie Kunak my humble advisor.
I did read about Jane Marie Kunak., quite an interesting lady to look up on the web.
Consistently investing in quality dividend paying companies over the long term is a relatively easy strategy to create generational wealth,
I googled the lady you mentioned, and after going through her credentials, I can tell she's a pro, I'll be writing her a mail shortly.
Thanks for sharing this has been beneficial to me!
It's very important to have good habits. I have the habit of reading and meditating in the morning. I have noticed that I achieve way more in a regular day then most around me. The most common question I get is "how do you do it?" Well the important thing for me is to only do what I love! Yup, I do only what I love. I’ve been trying to stick to both journaling and meditation lately. A crazy amount of benefits to doing both.. it’s just hard sometimes to find the time and develop a habit
You don't find time you make it! I've been able to make a habit out of both of those by making it part of a morning routine. When you plan the most important things the first thing in the day, they get done...because when you put off certain things for the later parts of the day there's alot more likelihood things get in the way. Try to make it a morning discipline, I struggled with both of those habits Until I made it part ofmy morning
Just keep doing it as you can. Meditation has a way to pull you in after sometime. You'll get there. Be gentle with yourself and love every step you take. You are growing that's a process, that likes time and patience. You are doing great!
Check out The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. It is life changing and you will never need to miss meditation or journaling again.
