    You could also probably sweeten with liquid stevia drops. I like the SweetLeaf brand which seems to be the best health wise and quality wise. I will give this a try in my Nurtimilk sometime...

    Hi John. Love your videos. Always so informative & helpful. Would be interesting to experiment by trying some date paste & some almond milk or cashew milk to your awesome recipe………

      adding milk/liquid would be interesting. I think the mixture would then be more like a smoothie or bars. If adding date paste, the mixture would get really thick, so I opted for date sugar instead.

    How about adding a liquid stevia as a sugar? Especially if you want something low on the glycemic index.

    John 2 locking lips on the Drum cap on my NC800 like juicer (DA1000) broke, I held it with my hand and kept juicing :D

      you are a trooper! It should be covered under warranty if they broke due to no fault of your own. Its uncommon for that part to break from my experience.

    So you can just blend up cacao nibs to make the chocolate then add your sweetner etc? How do you tempter?

      I dont temper, I dont feel its needed. The chocolate tastes great to me with LESS processing!

    Hi John! Thanks for the video, looks great! I stopped eating chocolate 2 years because of the cockroaches in it, I am vegan for 30years, Are you aware if those cacao nibs have cockroaches in them? I would love to make chocolate myself and cut out the roaches! Thanks!

      The only cacao I can GUARANTEE has no cockroaches is if you order whole cacao fruit yourself (or even their beans) from Puerto Rico: I have visited their farm, and they have a very clean operation. ua-cam.com/video/X8wa3IJz0qo/v-deo.html

      Its not sweat. I use jojoba oil on my skin as a moisturizer.
