Dear Henry, I have been making your recipe of hashweh rice for a few years now, i absolutely love it!!!!! thank you so much for sharing, may God bless you
Hashweh is technically stuffing so it goes especially well with chicken (either broken up chicken or stuffed inside) or stuffed inside quails, zucchini, eggplant, peppers and so on. Nice recipe!
Almanac Mountain I’ve always liked eating stuffing on its own 😂
Henrys HowTos yes, well it is the best part! 😋
I like your food. It is straightforward, good looking and I usually have most of the ingredients in the cupboard.
I will be making this looks really delicious Thank you, Henry, you are awesome
thx for sharing this recipe - tried it for the first time and we loved it.
Great Recipe. Thanks so much for sharing it.
Mmm, that looks delicious! Thank you, Henry!
roast the pine seeds a bit more before mixing them in the rice mixture, they look nicer when lightly browned.
Looks delicious! Thank you for the recipe
Super delicious! I'm going to make this all the time.
Looks banging mate, nice one H, love the look of this big time👍👍👍👍👍

Mmmm! Yum! I want to learn to cook this delicious recipe
Yuuuuuuummmmm!!!!! Thank you so much for sharing!!
Henry... is the man.
Wow... Henry this is great. I always thought that "hashweh" is intended for stuffing into things (like grape leaves or vegetables - even super tasty stuffed sheep's tripe and intestines like my Syrian grandma used to make. I guess I'll have to force myself to eat it "unstuffed"! A big like!
Such a nice recipe 😋
Looks absolutely delicious .From Trinidad

Is lebanese food typically that heavy in butter? Is there something yo can substitute the butter for??
Just a heads up. You SAY to use 1/2 teaspoon of ground Cardamom in the video, but in the description you have written 1/2 a teaspoon of ground TUMERIC.
Very different tastes... which one is correct?
Thanks for the recipes, just made your Toum, and it's amazing. Going to go make this now. Looking at other recipes for this it seems it's Cardamom.
Cardamone
Beautiful😍
I used to smoke Lebanese hash when I was a teenager. It didn't look like this.
doobieman69 😂😂
Hi
Henry can u please upload the video of roasted chicken thighs fillets from Lebenese cuisine
Is that parsley at the end? You should have included it in the ingredients.
Plzz help me which is lebnanes spice? I want to know plzz reply me
Couple of questions, will it work with lamb mince, and is the rice cleaned and soaked before using? Thanks 🙏
Horse Zanthus yes lamb mince will work! No, long grain generally doesn’t need to be washed/soaked. But if you use basmati, then yes!
ust a heads up. You SAY to use 1/2 teaspoon of ground Cardamom in the video, but in the description you have written 1/2 a teaspoon of ground TUMERIC.
IT IS CARDAMOM GUYS

Do not put neither garlic nor cardamom (I love cardamom) nor rice in a Lebanese hashweh... This, however, looks good...
I will be making this looks really delicious Thank you, Henry, you are awesome
