I have an interpretation for this story!! Ok so this dog, a hurricane passed through and destroyed his house when he was young so he and his parents had to leave that house, leaving all his friends behind. So now the dog is an adult and he went back to his childhood house and finds his old walkie talkie from when he was a kid where he and his friends would talk. He uses it and he hears a familiar voice, it's one of his childhood friends! He has a conversation with his friend and decides he wants to renovate the house so he can live in it again. And now the dog lives happily with all of his childhood friends :)
This drawing reminds me of an amazing game called Night in the woods mostly because it also starts by going back to your home and revisiting memories and adapting to a new world (a really cool game if you like games that focus on the story)

And I agree with green and red being ruined by Christmas, BLEH, can't use that combo with anything without thinking of elves or someone pointing it out. I thought it was a decent illustration even though there were some upsets. Hope the next prompt has something better! (P.S The new intro is so good💙

Youre really inspiring!! I was binge watching a few of your videos and finally decided today was the day i get into watercolouring!! I went to the closest micheals near me (which i think is the only one in my city lol) and bought just about $50 worth of supplies! Ive just learned that its expensive, but it will definitely be worth it! Im only jist beginning so i only got a watercolour paper sketchbook, the watercolours, some paintbrushes and a small palette. The most expensive thing i got was the sketchbook, almost $30! But i think it was so worrhbit and im so excited to learn and practice and get better!!
I don’t know why, but my mind keeps wanting to see the image as really sad. I keep seeing the kid version of the older dog as a dead son, and he looks fondly at his dead child’s radio... just me?
Liking to draw anthropomorphic animals doesn't make you a furry. If that were true, you might as well call Disney a bunch of furries. I wish people would stop saying that. You are only a furry if you actually genuinely consider yourself one. Sorry for ranting but I think this drawing is incredibly beautiful and very creative. I think, that humans have a tendency to put 'faces' on everything, we do SEE de faces on things, but everything is designed beforehand ... so yeah, dogs have paw prints, cats have fish and humans have little faces. :D

Everything is better with animal ears :p But I understand why some people don't want to be associated with the fandom. Lately, I have been very interested in watercolor, and let me tell you, I absolutely love it! It’s so simple and free and just so fun to use! Bus since I am still young, I can’t afford really expensive supplies. I’ve invested in a few high quality brushes, but when it comes to the paint itself, I’ve used Artist Loft and Target brand. Yes, TARGET! But I was just wondering if there are any cheap and affordable watercolor sets you recommend. I am not the biggest fan of tubes so yeah. Also K was wondering if there are any subscription that you recommend that are specifically send you WATERCOLOR supplies. So sorry for the long comment, but I really hope you see this! I have a quick story to share, just because it's relevant, and it's also a nice one in general. To set the scene, my dad has this radio that he uses to listen to the local police radio signals, since he likes knowing the reason for any sirens that we hear off in the distance. Sometimes, he just turns sets it to scan mode to see if he can find anything. Once, while doing this, we were able to hear a conversation between a man confined to a wheelchair, and one who was nearly completely blind while we were heading upstate to visit family. They talked about their hardships and the struggles that they faced, but also that, even though they are "disabled", it doesn't make them any different from everyone else in the world. It was a nice little bonding moment between a couple of guys going through their lives, just a little different from our own. Also, after we got out of range of them, we listened to a tractor-trailer truck's radio signal during some post-accident traffic, and heard one of them say, "we've got a meat wagon about to make a flip, so give him some room." For those who don't know, that's trucker slang for "an ambulance is about to turn around, so give him some space."

But If you stay on this community, you will know a Lot of amazing and supportive people here. The furry community is just like any other community in the world. It's not composed of only bad people.
