Watched a wire shoot out video and the Forney Flux wire welded the nicest with almost zero splatter
@@steveorini2839 will have to try some Forney, pretty cheap on Amazon 🙌
Just turn it down to something like 14amps 140ws, start on the puck after tacking and let the puddle wash onto the body and move fast. Won't blow through and much better fusion.

The key to MIG welding a thin sheet metal is using the thinnest wire you can find. 0.6mm or smaller.
Yes, we are running 0.23" which is 0.6mm. Difficult not to blow out while maintaining good penetration. TIG might do a little better.
