Hi, it's saying the paid access videos on this list won't play in the background (like if i lock my phone so i can just listen, the video stops). Is this something you can fix?
Background playback is a feature of UA-cam Premium.
I guess you wouldn't be able to play videos in the background if you're not a UA-cam Premium subscriber?
@teacherboko i have youtube premium, so to clarify - all the videos in this playlist can be played in the background until it gets to the paid videos. When i try to play any of them in the background, i get a popup saying background playback is disabled for this video. Just wondering if perhaps there's a setting on your end that might be able to fix this. Thanks, really appreciate your videos, been a huge help for my learning
I see. I've been trying to figure it out. I see no options regarding that nor can I get the answer from Googling and asking ChatGPT.
Under UA-cam Premium Troubleshoot/Support page, they say:
Some videos aren't available for background play or to download offline, even if you have a channel membership. Review the steps below for help resolving your issue:

They did not clarify why that option is unavailable for some videos.
