I'm not sure, but I read that the belt can be made 5 cm smaller and bigger from the size you've picked.

they say it's 1/2 inch but it's clearly not 1/2 and inch thick! LOL. that's why I talked about it in the video, the actual width of the belt is one inch. Hope this helps!
