Glad you're back at it! Here's the story of how I first found your channel. I bought a pair of pythons in Mexico at the border, my first boot. After that we went to a coffee shop and a customer said that the border agents may not let us across with them because they were an exotic skin. When we crossed border security, I was up front with then and told them what they were and I got them. They said it wasn't a problem, they only seize the endangered species such as "sea turtle." That's when I realized "Wait they can make boots out of pretty much any leather!! Then I went home and looked up sea turtle boots and the first video was yours with the thumbnail "The Holy Grail." Then I binge watched all your videos and started collecting boots! Thanks for your efforts!
Honestly, you’ve been a great help in my boot journey. I am sure that others feel the same way. Thanks for your dedication to providing the community with an accurate insight.
‘Fuck it, do what you want’ words to live by as I get older. Definitely makes you happier once you start to accept that youre not here to please other people and you should be doing what makes you happy regardless of what people say. Great video!
Very glad to see you making videos againm you jave been missed these last couple months. We all nedd a break and what matters most on life is our loved ones and our well being. 😊😊😊
I'm so happy that you are good and so glad you are back. We all need a break now and then, and I'm sure yours was well deserved. Stay happy Stay healthy Stay a boot wearer and lover. Ypur bighest WNY supporter ... Rob
We all need a break and time to refresh and refocus sometimes. Good to see this pop up just now and I hope things sort themselves out for you. I'm still flying the flag for cowboy boots here in the UK and enjoying the hunt for them. I've got 11 pairs noe. I'd still love there to be more choice over here or for it to be easier and cheaper to import from the US as I have my eye on some harness Stetsons and Ropers only available there. All the best Jeremiah.
Great video! Sound advice and reasoning! Take care of yourself! I believe many of us will look forward to whatever you publish. Good luck on the boot making video, too.
You definitely should do this once a month if it fits in your schedule to do it. I think just answering questions this way is very beneficial for anyone, and you can cover the gauntlet of a variety of boot and Western topics. I would assume this video series will be a lot easier to produce/edit vs the boot reviews and such. Maybe even open it up to a live feed instead down the road or on occasion. Just my two cents. I love your content and your enjoyable to watch and listen too. Keep on keepin' on.
Having a motivational low is common, especially for creative people. I’ve had a tough year too with shoulder problems last winter and then my 92 year old Mum breaking her hip in January and declining mentally with dementia. I’ve done very little leatherwork, but I’m slowly beginning to gather momentum again. I hope the personal issues resolve for you and it really is good to see you back on screen!
Welcome back Jeremiah! Glad to see you again, your videos have been missed. One man show does put a lot of stress on producing content and hopefully people can appreciate all the work that goes into making videos, decent videos that is. Cheers from Canada my friend, stay well.....
Yeah man! Looking forward to the "boot makin" vid! And man, I wear my Dan Post with whatever jeans I have on! Sometimes my overalls or even shorts! As long as your wearing cowboy boots, your doing something right! Fuk it!
Excited you are back. Hope you conquer all the challenges in your life. For the videos def look at Upwork and hire someone by the hour. There are great people all the over the world for ever lower cost. And you should ask your local colleges AV programs and even Full Sail see if they will help you with a intern. No better time than now...
Great to see you again, Jeremiah! Hope all turns out ok with the personal stuff. As far as how to make a large content video on your custom self made boots, I’d love to watch a multi part series on them!
Looking forward to more Q&A videos. On your long boot making video, it would be way more preferable to watch a 45 minute to an hour long video on each process than a much longer one covering the entire process. I also have a question about quality control on boots but will save that for another post. Thanks!
Hello Jeremiah. Ive been looking forward to you release a new video since June. I hope you feel better. It's a good thing you took some time for yourself. You have been missed.
Ohh yeah Q&A, Get special guests on pre recorded interviews. And a challenge, go beyond Cowboy boots, Integrate some logging boots, Packers, maybe some short history videos. And find Cowboy & Pacific northwest historians to interview... Nobody is doing this consistently..
I’m thinking outside the box. Is there some way your boot family (i.e. us) can help? Could a crowd finder help raise some cash to pay for extra help with the editing of videos? How can we help you to increase your income through, for example, promotion of the channel? My daughter is a video editor, but she’s just had a baby, so isn’t really free at present to help. Is there a film school in Upper NY where students might be interested to help with editing? Just a few thoughts to ponder.

Hey dude, just take your time 🙂 just know that your work here is appreciated even by a city slicker like me who's suddenly into cowboy boots 🙂

The hair is looking absolutely epic JC 🤘🤘
Very good job JC. Keeping the faith! 👍
I've learned one important fact since your visit to the school in Montana, that you do enjoy the #7 or narrow square toe boot.
Wahey welcome back!

Какие шикарные сапожки

That's right, F them if they don't dig your style! 👍
Im looking for exotic boots square toe for like school and dances and stuff so whats a leather that's tuff but comfortable?
Elephant, and stay away from reptile leather. Great looking boots but probably the least durable leather out there and sometimes the most expensive.
@@shermanclark9757 thanks
Ohh and see what @Stitchdown can help with. Yall really should join forces. And even do a monthly podcast to grow the show...

Lucchese prices are absurd.
Good Lord, dial back the advertisement placements.
I don't think he controls that, does he?
