This made me suddenly respect Vinnie a whole lot more, it was like I never realized he was so great cause I guess I never paid that close attention to the drums. And your delivery and editing the whole album into a kick-ass 15 minute drum track was fucking brilliant man, flawless. And so heavy! That was awesome bro :)
Vinny was always badass behind the kit, never gets the recognition he should. I think starting out on guitar then switching to drums when little bro Darrell started getting good actually helped him know exactly how to complement Dimes riffs. But yeah, criminally underrated as a drummer, always overshadowed by Dime...but I think he was ok with that, he loved his bro.
