This video is very helpful Where I am living there are lots of different kinds of people and cultures so I have to deal with lots of other people's emotions and ups and downs who are complete strangers too. The stoic way to live and handle situations is a big help in my life so thank you for your lessons and I am growing as a person emotionally and getting mentally stronger every day .
