Im a fan of Jess and am so happy she’s on the show. I don’t understand why she doesn’t push herself to do research so that she can contribute to these interviews. She knows this is an area she needs to get better at and maybe she is, but shes should be pushing herself to be prepared for these interviews and have questions. They should prep her.
I say this from a place of love bc I respect Jess and I know she’s smart enough to be in and contribute to these conversations. ❤
I feel if she continues management will pull her up about it. I know she's pregnant but this what she signed up for she cant think she's just be there for the “Jess with the mess” part souly just for the trash/ ridiculous celebrity gossip as there's other people that comes to TBC, not just music artist so she’ll have to be in tune with all types of people/things out there, that's if she's not doing that already. A lot of people are saying the same thing, but at the end of the day we all have to be given a chance to grow we all have to start somewhere, not everyone has 100% experience in everything we do in regards to a job.

I’ve Lost my Son to Gun Violence, my Little Cousin was just shot in the Back by the Indianapolis Police department, and my other Cousin was killed at work in a Club while working! We are losing Young Black Men in a Alarming Rate!! And it’s a lot of Trauma behind that on so Many Levels so We all got a Lot of Work to do!!
So sorry to hear this and i am praying for you and your family for healing because it’s a traumatic experience to bear … I am from Chicago but i stay in Nap and its sad when i turn on the news and i hear about all the violence this city is going through…. We need to pull these young ppl aside and speak truth and reality to them
