Awe you have a little traveling buddy ( pubert looking out window) I know you was glad to see the Addams House ...it looks Awesome ...the pics of the other miniatures look great too ... Thanks for taking us along 💖💖💖💖
It's SO thrilling to have the public admiring your creations! Wonderful you get to display your Addams house for another year. The felted lion is amazing 💖
So happy for you Ara- Exciting opportunities to showcase your work as well as giving other artists recognition for their contributions to your projects. Your work is meticulously crafted, beautiful & creative- May you continue to create & inspire :)
Thanks for sharing your trip. It was lovely to see you getting to 'play' a bit with the Addams house. That is what a miniature is for, after all! Glad to see you are getting recognition for your work. It certainly has given me a lot of pleasure (and skills enhancements) over the last couple of years.
I absolutely love seeing the mansion! It's like seeing an old friend. Mini Ara is rocking the boots and Kitty turned out so well. Pubert and Whatt are just too cute! The new placement of the dolls is so fun to see. I'm so glad everything went well!
Thank you Rachael! I was so happy I thought about them playing together because it definitely brought an bit of 'cuteness' into the house😄 Don't tell any of the other family members!
I didn't notice this video. It was wonderful to see that the baby and the Lion were added. Lol, I can see a tradition of adding extra family members with each extension.
Every time I see Cousin It's bedroom, I get cozy vibes! Such a nice room and beautifully done. The whole mansion is great, but there's something about that room to me.... Great video!
So happy that the museum wants to display the Addams house for another year! I'm happy that Pubert and Kitty were able to join the family again. I really love the work you do. Its so much fun to see you make the miniatures and displaying them.
I love Kitty Kat! He was an old guy, and not very safe, I was told. His dark coloring may have been because at least one parent was a now extinct subspecies, they were highly sought after by hunters and are now all gone. I believe he was chosen by Arthur Hiller because he was so unique and his handler treated him well. We always laughed when they showed him coming down the stairs, it was so obviously the same shot each time! Poor ole baby as he was, I imagine nobody wanted to risk a cameraman filming him from below if he decided to pounce. You are my hero for immortalizing him.
The museum was fantastic. I went just to see the Aadams Family House. Daughters and I drove from Northern Utah to Tuscon just to see the house. We loved the whole thing. Thanks for sharing your talent.
The coffee shop is still my favorite project you have made. I would like to see more "abandoned" creations in the future if it is possible. Congratulations 🎊 on your exhibit by the way, the museum looks incredible.
Lol when you said you had nowhere to hang the sign I started pointing up and then you looked up and I just cracked up😹😹😹 glad they wanted the house for another year, what a joy it is to have your work appreciated like this🤗🤗🤗
Congratulations on getting the opportunity to continue to display your Addams Family House and other beautiful pieces. You are truly an artist in miniatures! Love your additions and I'm sure the fortunate people that get to see your pieces in person will love the changes and additions! Pubert is adorable and your lion is awesome!
When I moved my daughter to Vegas last year, I wanted to go to the museum and see the house. It was a marathon trip before Christmas and I wanted to make it home before the day. So, I’m happy it’s staying a bit longer. I hope I can go see it next summer.
Kitty is so cool. I loved kitty watching the classic show. His face looked like border collie just a bit at the beginning but with the mane fluffed around it you can see the lion features come to life. Glad to see the Addams house again. I've missed it in the background. So cool that they want to keep it for another year on display. Pubert is absolutely adorable. Kudos to the artist who made him.
My daughter kept asking how my 'dog' was going lol! She knew what I was making too, little stinker! It will be fun to have it looming in the background again some day!
Congratulations again, that is so awesome you get to have Addams family to stay another year at the museum at is wonderful. That means they love your art work. ❤❤❤
It was so nice to see your Addams project again! And I love how it's even more complete now that Kitty and Pubert were added ♥ It must be hard to leave your Addams Mansion behind again for another year, but it makes visitors happy, so everyone appreciates your sacrifice! :)
Pubert and Kitty!!!! So great to see the house again. loved how you moved the Adamses around to make it feel like they are moving on with their lives. :}
Seeing your Abandoned Coffee Shop project had me smiling instantly. That was my "Love at first sight" for your channel specifically the broken couch episode. 🖤🖤🖤 Oh, I wish I could see them all in person!
Thank you for that comment Chad! Maybe someday the Abandoned Coffee Shop will get a new room or something. I have a special place in my heart for that project as well😊
@@BentleyHouseMinis If I may say, it was rather gloomy than most of your masterpieces which was the exact reason I gravitated towards it at once. Very happy to hear that it may have a special place in the future. 😊
Great video Ara. It was fun to see the Aadams family home again and I’m so happy that you had a good time visiting with it. Thank you for sharing your time with us.
It was a huge pleasure to meet you. I live how the Fairfield looks! I get a different prospective now on when you age and paint things! It's really fascinating and I now practice the technique lol. But my talent is as far from yours as the moon is from uncle Fester. Thank you Ara for taking the time to meet us.
It was so great to meet you as well Rhonda and thank you for the journal! I have looked through it several times now and see something new and beautiful each time💖
@@BentleyHouseMinis I'm glad you are enjoying it. I was very thankful for your help with the paper donation to the shelter for domestic violence. It was well appreciated and well received.
How exciting Ara. I love your work so it is thrilling to see the honor it is to be displayed. Thank you for taking us on your trip. It was so fun to see all the displays they have in the museum.
Wow the Addams Family house looks amazing in the museum. We saw it all the while, but seeing it displayed like that made you realise just how special it was,and why popular it is.I am so happy for you having it displayed for yet another year..That was wonderful new I am sure.Pubert looked amazing in the cage didn’t he?. I am pleased your skills are being noticed by more than use,I think your work is amazing and you never fail to surprise me in what you make..Love n Light 🥰
Pubert is delightful! And a excellent job on Kittycat 👍. The museum looks fantastic. I wish I could visit. There must be so much inspiration to be found there. Queen Elizabeth looked wonderful didn’t she. I keep promising myself a visit to see her dolls house at Windsor (I only live an hour or so away) but never get round to it!
Oh you definitely should check out the dollhouse at Windsor when you have time! I would love to see it in person someday. I have seen Colleen Moore's house in Chicago which was breathtaking so to see Queen Mary's house would be awesome! I am so glad you liked the video!
Hi Ara, I really loved your videos. Seeing your Addams family house again and everything was great. I know that little Ara will watch over the house and everyone and she loves being there. 😊You explained your story of everything so well. The Miniature Museum was a very wonderful place. Your Addams house is awesome and them wanting you to show it there is such a great honor. I know all of us are very proud of you. Thank you so much for making videos for us to. 😊
Thank you Ruth! That means so much to me I ended up bringing Mini-Ara back home with me because she has so many other projects to keep me on track with here too! I just had to take her to snap a few pictures while I could! I am so glad you enjoyed it!
Me and my husband got to go see the museum back in August! It was so cool and way bigger than we expected. The room that Addams family house is in is amazing! I’m so glad we got to go
Ah I love seeing the Addams Mansion again! And now we have Pubert!!!! He and What are gonna be besties! I still have hope one day for a Margaret, but I was so surprised and pleased we got Kitty!
@@BentleyHouseMinis You're very welcome. I adore Margaret. Found a gentleman who could appreciate her in Cousin Itt, and acceptance/support via the Addams family. She really tried to convince Debbie that the Addams Clan were the best thing that could happen to ladies like them, but poor Debbie was too blind to see it. Also, something funny I like to point out to people about her: Morticia later on roasts Debbie for wearing pastels, but never says anything of the kind to Margaret. XD
@@hikarinile I never realized that before, great observation! I think that was Morticia at her wits end! If Debbie could have got her mind off her Barbie trauma for 10 seconds she could have seen they would accept her how she is!
What an unexpected surprise to finally see Pubert join the family! Ara, I’ve been subscribed to your channel since you finished the Addams Family mansion. Your videos inspire me, and I hope that one day I can create something half as creative as what you have and continue to. Maybe 2023 will be my year to delve into a new hobby!
Thank you so much Joshua! I really appreciate that and I do hope that you give it a try. Even starting with a single room box will really give you a feel for the art form and what you enjoy making!
So cool. I was in New Jersey while you were there. I did get to go to the Philadelphia Miniaturia and meet some people I had met on social media. I also got to see the Fraiser Project in person! If you haven't seen the Fraiser Project it is under "The Bearded Miniaturist" on UA-cam. He did a replica of the apartment and coffee shop. I am hoping next year I can make a trip to the museum to see The Addams Family house😀 Sorry I missed you. Thanks so much for sharing your journey!
I am so glad you were able to go to Philadelphia Mini show! I was invited to go and have a table there but I knew I already planned to be at the museum so it was impossible. I enjoyed seeing other mini makers photos of the show. It looked awesome! I will definitely look up the mini project you mentioned👍
Haha! I do hope to show it in other places in the future! It is a wonderful feeling and I was so honored when they asked to keep it a little longer! (It also gives me more time to figure out where to put it when it comes back)😄
It's all so awesome! Pubert turned out amazing, kudos to the artist. I look forward to hearing more about the museum and your exhibits. I've given quite a few craft classes in my day, and making kits and whatnot is a lot of work. It looks like you went above and beyond!
What an amazing adventure! Speaking as someone who loves a roadtrip, I'm rather jealous of your journey. It was fabulous to see your brilliant creations at the museum and congratulations on the extension of their stay. The Addams Family sign was a great memento too. Well done Ara👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I am not so big on road trips but its definitely worth it when something so fun is at the end of the trip lol! My guess is that I am just road tripping wrong and need to take more time to enjoy what is in between! Thank you Elaine!
It’s cool your work gets to be displayed for another year! It must have been something the guests loved to want to keep it longer. You’re such a great artist!
This was so much fun to watch Ara🤗 Thank you for sharing your journey to the miniature museum...It was a great surprise to see you bring The Shining Room 🥰 For a moment of time I got to see some of my miniatures displayed in a miniature museum within your miniature creation!! So awesome and exciting! I also didnt realize that the Fairfield was completed...I thought it was still a work in progress..I'll have to go back and revisit that series of videos..Did you get to bring those projects back home with you? Ik Morticia and the Fam are super excited to be reunited with their lil monster! 🥰
Yes!! Many people checked out the QR codes for the videos too so I hope they keep clicking through to find you😊 The Fairfield is not complete yet so you didn't miss anything. They had suggested bringing an in-progress project for people to see too! I did bring the smaller projects back home as they were just there for the 'Artist in the Gallery event' It was kind of an extra bonus for those who were able to come out during that time ;)
@@BentleyHouseMinis lol.. okays on the Fairfield🥰..that's all so exciting!💖💖 I would love to goto a miniature museum..the one I grew up going to...has eliminated what use to be a whole dollhouse floor..now they only have a handful...why thebwould do that is beyond me ..I wouldbspends hours there....just so sad!😔
To be honest, I haven't ever known about mini art.. came across your channel by chance. I have to say.. you are SO TALENTED and I really enjoy watching your creations. Amazing work! (especially the beetlejuice house) 👏👍
I am a late comer to your channel, but I wanted to say CONGRATS on having your art displayed in a museum! I get so inspired watching your videos. I have yet to start a mini still trying to figure out scale, but I think I am getting close. Thank you so much for sharing this journey with us!
Thank you so much and welcome!! I am so glad you are thinking of getting started in minis! Its such a fun and creative endeavor and I hope you enjoy it😊
A great video; I loved the views of the travelling! I can’t encompass the distance you had to travel to and fro, I live on a relatively tiny island and 14 hours travel is mindboggling. The museum is fantastic, I’d love to visit a place that showcases individual miniature projects like your Addams Family house - well, I can dream, can’t I?
What is really wild is that more than half of the trip was just getting out of my own state lol! I am so glad you enjoyed the video! I always like seeing the scenery of different places too!
It was great to see the Addam's family home again. I liked that you moved the family members around. Did you leave mini Ara at the museum to watch over the Addam's family? You never know what trouble they might get into. LOL It looked like a lovely trip to the museum and back. Sun shine - we are having a winter storm here in Michigan. They are predicting 8 - 14 inches of snow! I'm just going to hunker down inside and craft.
No, she ended up coming back home with me. Soo many projects here that she needs to keep me on track for lol! It was a really good trip but colder than I thought it would be honestly! Although not as cold as it seems its going to be where you are! Brrrr. Yes stay inside and stay warm!
Thank you so much, Ara, for sharing your visit with us. The house looks great as ever and I love the changes and additions you were able to make. Will the other projects stay at the museum as well?❤
I am so glad you enjoyed it! No the smaller projects were just visiting for the 'Artist in the Gallery' event but I hope to bring some new things to the museum next year when I return😊
Seems like yiu had a great trip! And really nice that people can awe over you work for at least another year. I really like that you moved everyone around. How many people joined you for your gingerbread house class? As usual fun video! Thanks for documenting your trip for us. :)
Thank you Phil! There were 11 signed up I think but only 8 were able to make it that day. I packed up the kits for the others and they have directions to make everything!
Omg! It's been a Year, Already!😳 Teaching at the Museum is Exciting! 🤗 I need to catch up on some Videos and get going again on the "castle" of mine, with your help! 😉 ...After I catch up on mending, sewing and creating!
It's wild that its been a year isn't it?? Time keeps flying by! I hope you enjoy getting back into your project. Miniatures are good at waiting on us to be ready!
It's wild that it's been a year already isn't it? I hope you enjoy getting back into your project, Miniatures are good at waiting on us to be ready for them!
I'm mostly picking up from where I sorta left off, pre-lockdown. I did a lot of life prepping, new and fave recipes, bread baking, (like everyone else).. I mended and sewn, (some), but, aside from collecting supplies and materials over time, from others, I haven't done, much.. especially on the Castle. My Cat is now spoiled because she discovered that she fits and likes to sleep on the second floor.. That's soon to be a game of tug-o-war! 🤨 I guess the knee replacement, helping others and finally getting the beer bug put a few dents into the annual "plans", too! Shoot! WHY Do Spring Windows and Treatments if NO ONE is gonna be around to see 'em, even possibly MYSELF, right?! I know we've all gained a New Perspective on things, it's been a process but, it's okay to play, now and then. It is Winter time in Chicagoland and this is my time of year for gettin-r-done! I am, once again, anxious to get crackin'! And, that IS encouraging! 🤗 I cannot BELIEVE how expensive the Hobby of Miniatures has gotten over the last few years, alone!!😳 Finished sets are more rare, pieces are usually hand crafted by skilled artists or they are antiques, and whoa!!! $$$$$😳 It's NOT due to the little ones who have the Best of the Barbie, American Girl, and Mousy kinda Plastic Houses...(and none of the smaller toy houses are EVER 1/12 scale! I have Noticed how the "industry" makes sure of that!) But, now more and more women, crafters, dads & daughters, are into miniatures and old style houses??? Is that what's going on?? What have you started, girl??🤭 I have saved quite a few of your videos for future (present?) reference but, I will certainly be back for More! I Love how you accomplish things in the simplest and most clever ways, at low cost! I'm Impressed with how good you are, using your architectural background. Ingenious and inspiring! 😉 Keep doing what you're doing! You're doing Great!
It was so fun to see you at a place that I've been! I've visited the Mini Time Machine twice and I'm so sad I wasn't able to get there for your appearance! But I know you'll be back, since you have to pick up the Addams Family house eventually! :) Great video!
I really enjoyed this video! What a cool look into the Mini Museum, how an exhibiting artist packs up their stuff, etc. I would love to try my hand at making miniatures but hardly know where to start!
I definitely suggest starting with a single room. It gives you a good feel for finishing walls, making furniture, etc. If you make a room and get through completing it then a whole house is just doing that several more times!😉 Book nooks are also a fun way to start out. Thank you Sans!
Could you mail the christening gown? Tell them where you would like it placed? Love seeing the house again. It must give you such pride that they want it another year.
They did offer to do that for me which was super sweet! I want to make sure I haven't forgotten anything else before they have to open that case again😄 I am so honored that they want it for longer!
I was actually waiting for a video on the Addams Family Mansion. I figured that you'd be picking it up. How thrilling to find that they want to keep it there for another year!!!! Way to far away for me to go and visit (I'm in PA). But it was great to see that you could go for a visit and add the additions. The class must have been loads of fun for all involved!!!!!! God Bless!!!!
That was the original plan but I was so glad they reached out and requested it for longer! Now I have longer to figure out where it will go when it comes back😄 The class was a blast! Thank you Tami😊
Oh, how wonderful! No wonder you are busy...😆 Love the new ceiling art!♡ Are you allowed to tell us how much rent they pay? Or are you giving them the project for free? 🤔
Haha yes it was a little busy these past couple weeks but I am happy to be back in the studio hard at work! I am not paid for the loan of the house but some of the other things I do with the museum (like the class) are paid and help me cover my costs ;) The museum has been very kind and generous to me!

Ah I love seeing the Addams Mansion again! And now we have Pubert!!!! He and What are gonna be besties! I still have hope one day for a Margaret, but I was so surprised and pleased we got Kitty!
Margaret is a great character and she would be fun to make in her Halloween costume! Thank you!
Congrats Ara. 👏I loved seeing clips of the museum and the amazing works of other artists. 😊
I will definitely look up the mini project you mentioned👍
must be a great feeling knowing that your art is being viewed and loved. Can you send your Adams family house for a year to me too? 😁
It is a ton of work but I do enjoy it! Thank you so much Meg! I hope to do more with the museum in the future!
Mini Ara is so cute in the house. Looking forward to more of her adventures. (Myah’s Aunt Kathy).
Hello Aunt Kathy!! Yes, she has many more projects to keep me on track with lol!😄
Ok, how cute were those gingerbread houses?!?!?! I bet that was a lot of fun, and glad y'all had a good trip. :)
It was a great trip! Thank you!
This was so fun! Brilliant idea to move the characters around. Love Pubert, Kitty, and Mini Ara!
😊 Thank you! It was so fun to find new spots for them!
What a great video 😊
Thank you! 😊
@@BentleyHouseMinis Yes, that's the secret, it's the different places in between as well as what you're heading for. You're very welcome!
This was thrilling to watch! 🥰
😊💖
So very, very exciting! So happy for you.
This is so exciting! Of course they want to keep it. It's amazing and I know if it came to any gallery near me, I would be there with bells on.
Thank you😊😊
An EPIC journey for an EPIC project. Like many, I found you because of the Addams' Mansion and it's been really cool to see this update!
Thank you so much Jane!!
It’s cool your work gets to be displayed for another year! It must have been something the guests loved to want to keep it longer.
You’re such a great artist!
Thank you😊
This was so much fun to watch Ara🤗 Thank you for sharing your journey to the miniature museum...It was a great surprise to see you bring The Shining Room 🥰 For a moment of time I got to see some of my miniatures displayed in a miniature museum within your miniature creation!!
You can get a little look inside of the museum on Google Maps. Cool looking place.
They have so much in there to look at!
This house is phenomenal🕸🥇🕸
Very exciting journey for you...beautiful work. Looking forward to seeing more wonderful things in the future. 😊
Thank you Connie!
That's amazing ara what an honour but I hope u get paid xx
Thank you, it's a great honor! Yes I do get paid for some of the things I do at the museum, like the class ;)
To be honest, I haven't ever known about mini art.. came across your channel by chance. I have to say.. you are SO TALENTED and I really enjoy watching your creations. Amazing work! (especially the beetlejuice house) 👏👍
Thank you Shawn! I am so happy to be spreading the words about the miniature art form wherever I can!
Congratulations! Everything looks great.
This was so great to see your works on display like this!!! 👍
Thank you! I am so glad you enjoyed it!
Neat video
Thank you Alicia!
Omg! It's been a Year, Already!😳
Teaching at the Museum is Exciting! 🤗
I need to catch up on some Videos and get going again on the "castle" of mine, with your help! 😉
...After I catch up on mending, sewing and creating!
I cannot BELIEVE how expensive the Hobby of Miniatures has gotten over the last few years, alone!!😳
Finished sets are more rare, pieces are usually hand crafted by skilled artists or they are antiques, and whoa!!! $$$$$😳 It's NOT due to the little ones who have the Best of the Barbie, American Girl, and Mousy kinda Plastic Houses...(and none of the smaller toy houses are EVER 1/12 scale! I have Noticed how the "industry" makes sure of that!)
But, now more and more women, crafters, dads & daughters, are into miniatures and old style houses??? Is that what's going on?? What have you started, girl??🤭
I have saved quite a few of your videos for future (present?) reference but, I will certainly be back for More! I Love how you accomplish things in the simplest and most clever ways, at low cost! I'm Impressed with how good you are, using your architectural background. Ingenious and inspiring! 😉
Keep doing what you're doing! You're doing Great!
Wow ! That's so Amazing and so neat ! Great job!
Thought mmmm ceiling before u looked up. Well done
Thank u for sharing. Love your key ear rings.
Thank you!
It was so fun to see you at a place that I've been! I've visited the Mini Time Machine twice and I'm so sad I wasn't able to get there for your appearance! But I know you'll be back, since you have to pick up the Addams Family house eventually! :) Great video!
Yes I will definitely be back next year!
Great update! What a cool museum! ❤
It's awesome! I have been twice and still I find new things I haven't seen! (also they do change out exhibits too)
I would love to see you make a tutorial on a gingerbread house!!
That will definitely come in the future probably through my 'Bentley House Kits' channel ;) Thanks Kelly!
Cool, awesome job
Could you mail the christening gown? Tell them where you would like it placed? Love seeing the house again. It must give you such pride that they want it another year.
They did offer to do that for me which was super sweet! I want to make sure I haven't forgotten anything else before they have to open that case again😄 I am so honored that they want it for longer!
Enjoyed it Ara x
Love the update! Mini-me in the house was soo cute. Was anyone else worried she would get left there?
I can confirm she made it safe back home lol! Thank you😊
This is so great, still love your art and your way to go ahead 👍🏻✨
I was actually waiting for a video on the Addams Family Mansion. I figured that you'd be picking it up. How thrilling to find that they want to keep it there for another year!!!! Way to far away for me to go and visit (I'm in PA). But it was great to see that you could go for a visit and add the additions. The class must have been loads of fun for all involved!!!!!! God Bless!!!!
That was the original plan but I was so glad they reached out and requested it for longer! Now I have longer to figure out where it will go when it comes back😄 The class was a blast! Thank you Tami😊
This was so cool to see and fun!
Congratulations! This is fantastic
Thank you Karl!!
