If you want to do this on sprint weekends, and dont mind cheesing the game a bit. You can save before practice 1, run the whole practice to narrow down the setup after 2 runs. Then load practice 1 again, start with the best setup from your previous runs, and then tweak as needed. Its not the most realistic but it helps on these stupid sprint weekends where you only have P1 to setup the car.
I’m making a list of my two drivers favourite setups at every track so in year two I don’t take an age setting them up or not having optimal on sprint weekends
Just tossing this out there will the set up calculator for 22 work for 23 just curious. same tracks im assuming or did they change the dynamics of the tracks this year
That is the biggest Bullocks from my opinion.... Setup your car from scrathc each and every time.... I still play F1 Manager 2000, I can count on the setup, once you found them on the different tracks, they are allmost the same, only changed by your rate of development...
what a useless video. Your video sections don't even match with what you are talking about. There is no way you get three runs with full feedback in a single practice session.

What a good idea.

@@johnthompson457does it not change?
@@shaunixtech5486 I’d assume each driver has their own preference. I guess I’ll find out when I put them in next season
@@johnthompson457 wondering if the set-up will change a bit or some once you upgrade the car
i'm a complete beginner, and thank you for this.
It’s like magic. Thanks again!
will you be creating a list of optimal setup values for each car and track?
No because setups unfortunatly don't work in that way for F1 Manager 23.
They aren't the same so you can't make a list. They change.
Another fab video. Keep them coming
but what if i want to use my reserve driver in p1 but want the perfect setup for my actual driver? how would it work
You can figure it all out yourself within 10 minutes of gameplay. I was counting on something more specific and helpful
The set up bars sometimes don't shrink all the way then I can never get optimal no matter what I try or how many runs I do???

this pissed me off that must i just uninstalled the game stress gone
Is it always possible to get 100%

That is the game. Nothing we can change
@@SimRacingSetups But as a minigame inside the game? WTF?
U just cant do it right.. just cant

Or just use an app. That's what I do
What’s app? I just tried the f1 manager calculator last year, but it doesn’t work
@@nahcusiruk they have added a 2023 version on the same website they use on f1 manager 22
What app?
@WuseligerPinguin_SF f1 manager calculator on Google and as an app soon
I would also like to know this app? While I enjoy, to a point, doing these setups, I am also more than willing to jump on an app to save time!
