What I don't like about this game is it feels sometimes like you're the driver as well as the manager. You have to actively tell your drivers where to deply ERS, when to push, when to back off, like you're playing f1 23 and doing the driving yourself. it would be better if there was more driver autonomy, like in real life, so they know when their tyres are getting hot, when their ERS needs charging, etc, soyou can concentrate on the bigger picture without doing so much micromanagement.
I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I already employ all of these strategies and I still can’t win a race. I have the fastest car in practice and qualifying, but on race day I just keep getting passed by car after car. I’ve never finished higher than 4th in any race. I’ve tried using tires that last longer, I’ve tried putting earlier than everyone else and I am nowhere. Guides that are out there say that if you select the Red Bull team that it’s hard to lose. When I select the Red Bull team I get beaten by the Ferrari team every race. I tried being the Ferrari team, but then I get smoked by the Red Bull team. I wish I knew what I was doing wrong. It’s so frustrating.
If i hire a driver from f2 as a reserve driver, will he then still be present in the f2 championship simulation or will he only act as a reserve driver?

There must be assit/difficulty options?
@@BrawlerTMyou can only change car development and race difficulty
Just turn Battle Assist on. Helps so much

Underfuel the car by a lap or 2. The lesser weight will reduce lap times by an amount which should help you maintain pace
Do you change strategies to match different paces? That could work
Do u watch a hole race or x16 fast foward most off it and stop it at pits and say safety car or wet weather ??
Bit of both. I generally try not to 16x as you can miss things. I'll run in real time during crucial moments, but like to utilise the 2x a lot.
Most of the race I run 8x or 4x, if I'm overtaking a car I'll switch to 2x or 1x
16x is only for practice and quali.
Can I enable the ERS Battle Assist for the whole race?
You can, but it isn't advisable as your driver's won't use the ERS efficiently throughout a lap with it enabled in clean air.
@@SimRacingSetups ok thx👍
Can u please make video of car design and how to upgrade new car parts
Dropping later today ;)

no, only reserve, in fact the reserve of some f1 teams like alfa romeo are ai generated because their drivers are in f2
@@michimike0732 Okay, thats a shame
Can u please release the wet setups
