izzy B sex is natural and instinctual, you can’t blame her for having sex or let alone wanting to have sex. Same thing goes to wanting kids; that is instinctual. It’s not like she can control her hormones. And when it comes to the “bad guy” not everyone can see the warning signs, especially when you are in LOVE. And I can already see the “she could’ve been responsible to use to a condom or get on birth control” in which, you’re right, but not everyone has access to that. Personally, I’m 17 and I cannot get on birth control because My insurance refuses to cover that, and I can’t use condoms because I’m allergic to Latex. I don’t know her situation, but don’t judge someone when you don’t know anything about them, it’s hypocritical.
I felt like I had lost all control of my body when I had it. I cried about everything, even nothing at times, but like this girl, I couldn't help when it would start and then I wouldn't be able to stop it for a while. It's rough! Bless her heart!
“Post partum” just means “after giving birth”. If you mean to say you have post partum depression you need to be saying it like that otherwise it seems like you don’t know how words work
Orions Eye I know she broke my heart postpartum depression is the worse thing a women can go through after giving birth. I was literally crying with her smh poor baby I know she’s going through it
I really did feel for that poor girl with postpartum. She was desperately trying to calm herself. You cannot control emotions when you have postpartum. She is a courageous girl. What did come to mind was why she was on her own.
"What did come to mind was why she was on her own." because she doesn't have family to rely on. which makes any pregnancy difficult, let alone raising a kid and working. grandparents or other family to help take the kids off you for some time once in a while, is a lifesaver. some don't have that luxury. the fact that noone came with her points to this being the case here.
@@viron6734 She didn't say at any point whether she was single, married, divorced, or widowed. And regardless of her marital status, women with PPD still have families and friends who can help them through their diagnosis.
She may have been in court alone because the baby was with the dad? Having postpartum (depression? anxiety?) doesn’t automatically mean she’s alone. Fully supported women with intact families can still get postpartum depression because it’s a chemical imbalance.
This is a case of single parenthood. It's very different when a woman has a supportive husband that provides. I do not expect to be a single parent, that is not God's plan for me, it will be different from the rest of my family.
Yes being married to my husband makes everything so easy!!!! We only have 2 kids but I'm done I don't want anymore. Lol but I must say it makes a big difference having a spouse who makes a ton of money.
Its a combination of exhaustion, lack of support and financial restraints. Extremely difficult combination. In that state you make bad decisions - simply because you haven't got the capacity to think clearly. Both of these women, in their own way, need to be mothered themselves. They are trying their best. The judge has seen that. One thing is for certain - they are not putting themselves first - to be a good mother you need to look after that mother (sleep, support, healthcare, nutrition) but the focus is always on the baby (which is understandable). Hopefully the time will come when thing settle down for both of them or they get the support they need.
It is better to be patient and give them time to pay up than to rush it and waste taxpayers money on summoning her back to court for overdue payments...again....
Yes, it's a great idea. Maybe it'll take longer to pay, but he said multiple times to take what you think you can pay in a week/month, and say half of it. Turning all of your spare money to paying a fine can be really bad if anything unexpected expense comes up in that period.
I worked as an interpreter for 19 years and countless volunteering for people I know. Even getting people out of jail. But no one touches my heart like this Judge Caprio. Mr. Shane King, I couldn't have any better. Your words, I will always remember.
I'm in tears.. I am so in love with this courthouse.. I live in Montgomery County, TX. I , too, was/am a single young mother of 4 and after severe PTSD from their abusive father who left us (aka went to prison) I was raising the most precious babies in the world with a pretty broken mother and making tiny mistakes that led me to court.. even a night in jail.. which made it way worse .. the authority here is quite merciless. So, now 10 yrs later I have learned a lot! Lol to say the least.. and I would have learned far faster and without more trauma , had a judge like this help me .. not financially, but with his heart. Thank God for this wonderful man 🙏🏼❤️
@@somethingsinlife5600 Yeah. What I've noticed is that most judges have children, so they can relate and or understand people who have children to a degree.
@Ki Love lol how do you that she is being honest? From all what she said i got 1 thing. She is using her children aa an excuse to run away from responsibilities.
The First Lady is severely depressed. A very common dark place is “I just don’t care anymore. I don’t have the strength to care. I don’t have the mental fortitude to care.” So they seem careless but depression takes away the ability to care.
COULD NOT AGREE WITH YOU MORE! EMBODIMENT of what HUMANITY should be. Great generation He came from. I hope GEN X people can emulate him more...I am from GEN X! hehehe
This wouldn't have happened if it the people in question were men. That's not being a decent human. Courts are extremely sexist, we shouldn't get anyone a break just because they're a single mom.
That postpartum is something nobody will ever understand unless you've had it. I had it with my daughter and it sucks. Crying over having to do things or crying if someone tries to help you, not wanting to leave the house....its horrible and I hope this lady is doing much better.
My sons four and I still feel like I have it. Try living with Postpartum depression, not knowing what auto immune disease you have (doctors leaning towards lupus), and having a mean MIL. Yeah, sometimes life just hurt to much but kept fighting through. I Still continue to.. I literally felt her anxiety while watching and cried with her.
So many people have kids, and it’s not really that special. I don’t see the point of it, and this just adds to that. I don’t feel much empathy for those who do have kids because it is a choice one makes, a choice that takes a lot of money, time, and energy. So, if you choose to have a kid, that’s your choice. If you don’t want postpartum depression, don’t have kids.
Yeah she definitely need to just move the car but damn I feel bad for her because she just gave me a vibe that she's so close to throwing in the towel. I pray that something great comes to her life.
I’m crying harder than the second girl. The apologizing and anxiety of not being able to stop the anxiety. Then the anxiety of apologizing so much. This is me constantly

@M CC You don't like my screen name? I think it's cute lol 🥰... I actually find her to be ridiculously irresponsible and ignorant. I was literally annoyed at the fact that she racked up 13 tickets for no good reason. You're, like, mad aggressive, yo lol 😄... In fact, I found him far too lenient in her case. All of this, however, does not change the fact that he shows love.
M CC Both of these women seems depressed. I’m just glad that they are able to get themselves out of bed, eat, and still have the energy to take care of their children. Some people cannot even do that much with this illness much less to give 2 cents about parking tickets. I feel sorry for the children because depression affects everyone in the family. As for the individuals themselves it may eventually affect all body systems and functions. Stress is a silent killer.
she really really needed that break, and i’m so very glad she ended up in your court. thank you for being such a kind judge and showing everyone a good example of compassion.

If you see this I wanna let you know you are too in my prayers. It suckes to work hard and no one notice. Wish you all a happy times never give up!
It’s horrible and the guy is definitely partially to blame but there’s also a culture of women picking guys with those specific bad traits especially when it’s really clear the guy will probably not stick around. So on one hand the man is trash but women hold most of the power in choosing the man and they tend to choose the wrong ones in a lot of cases, and the culture reinforces that behavior

This Judge is exactly how a Judge should be compassionate, empathetic, patience and understanding as well as being simply human. The Inspector is also a good man.
Yes, but imagine those same traits being extended to rapists, murderers, child molesters, instead of single mothers. I wonder if maybe that's how God has to look at things.
I understand he's trying, but I found the part of the video where he said "well, if you're a rich guy, you can keep leaving the car overnight, just pay the fines, but you can't, you're a mother of four" shocking. And he said it so casually too. Does he not realize that he just told her that the law only applies to poor people? That's not his fault, but the cruelty of a justice system that punishes the exact people who need a break the most... ugh. Awful.
@@ryandavis2775 No that's not what he meant. He means that if your rich you can afford to pay the fines. Rich or poor its still a crime, but he is showing compassion because she is struggling unlike a rich entitled person. Many women don't realize they have postpartum and just think they are doing something wrong, they feel that they should love their baby, but they can't. If this sounds familiar, try offering the baby formula instead of breastfeeding. Breastfeeding causes depression in many cases due to unstable endorphin levels. There's nothing you can really do about it other than just switching to formula and stopping breast milk production. This is not the case for all postpartum cases, but it's a big contributor. It's a hard choice to make, but it will help your mental health.

I understand when she said she's tired.. you get so exhausted that you just don't care anymore. She's sad, physically, mentally and spiritually tired.😔
True I was there once!! Not a good feeling.

Why do you have blame her for spreading her legs? It’s takes 2 to tangle. At least she is raising these kids.
izzy B sex is natural and instinctual, you can’t blame her for having sex or let alone wanting to have sex.

I really did feel for that poor girl with postpartum. She was desperately trying to calm herself. You cannot control emotions when you have postpartum. She is a courageous girl. What did come to mind was why she was on her own.
I guess, like most single moms, she chose a bad partner to have kids with.
"What did come to mind was why she was on her own."
because she doesn't have family to rely on. which makes any pregnancy difficult, let alone raising a kid and working. grandparents or other family to help take the kids off you for some time once in a while, is a lifesaver. some don't have that luxury.
the fact that noone came with her points to this being the case here.
@@viron6734 did she say she was a single mom?
@@viron6734 She didn't say at any point whether she was single, married, divorced, or widowed. And regardless of her marital status, women with PPD still have families and friends who can help them through their diagnosis.
She may have been in court alone because the baby was with the dad?
Having postpartum (depression? anxiety?) doesn’t automatically mean she’s alone. Fully supported women with intact families can still get postpartum depression because it’s a chemical imbalance.
Seeing these women struggle makes me realize I am in no way mentally prepared for a baby. God bless all of them.

@@TazHall having a husband doesn't make you not get postpartum, it's horrible you shouldn't judge mothers for that
Its a combination of exhaustion, lack of support and financial restraints.

"50?"
"no you can't, pay 25"
Wow what a great guy.

It is better to be patient and give them time to pay up than to rush it and waste taxpayers money on summoning her back to court for overdue payments...again....
Bless him for that
Yes, it's a great idea. Maybe it'll take longer to pay, but he said multiple times to take what you think you can pay in a week/month, and say half of it. Turning all of your spare money to paying a fine can be really bad if anything unexpected expense comes up in that period.
She said $50 because us mother make it happen. He knew it would've been hard for her. I think she is depressed also. She looks check out

Many women don't realize they have postpartum and just think they are doing something wrong, they feel that they should love their baby, but they can't. Postpartum Depression is no joke. My heart poured out for both of them. Single mom life can be exhausting. But the child is everything💜✨
What is it actually? Sorry its just something new to me
@@currentking1158 It’s a chemical imbalance in the brain. Once the babies are borned, the brains suppose to switch back to normal mode. For some new mothers, the switch didn't happen and the imbalance became worse. If she stays there along enough, she will be paralyzed. I recovered quickly thank to my husband's support. I have a girlfriend who went through the same thing. However, her husband and her parents were careless and didn't educate themselves on it. After 2 years, she was hospitalized and lost the movement of her legs. She had different specialists coming every day to get her to walk again. She is fine now. Thank goodness 🙏.
FYI...Only 10% of women suffer from postpartum depression. Majority of those women recover from it especially with family support and medication.
@@jazzyavu sorry to hear that abt your friend. You were lucky to have such a helpful husband . Thanks for the info il remember that early preparation is a must. Not gonna risk caught offguard when the time comes. 🙏🙏
@@currentking1158 it’s a chemical imbalance. And it’s uncontrollable. It’s takes most women a year to get back to themselves mentally and physically. I use to cry over everything just like this woman. I cried when people beeped the horn at me. If my food was cold. If someone raised there voice at me. Even through it all, in your mind your like “what is wrong with me? I don’t know why I’m crying over this. I don’t no why small unimportant stuff is causing me to feel over emotional and intense sadness.” Uncontrollably is the best word for it.
im not married and i dont plan to be.
postpartum depression still scares me, especially if noone will be there for you or if they turn back on you when you get it.

But yes it doesn't make any sense and folks just going along with it like its all good. No. its not. There are 1000s of single parents but so that isn't an excuse. Now if she just lost someone in death then I can understand not caring about things anymore for a while, unfortunately. But just being tired and that's it? Nah. I think she has some other personal problems with herself. Dont be ashamed. If something is upsetting you then even if it's not massive, it's enough. Don't compare to other people because no matter how "petty" the problem is, it's upsetting you and it's real to you so it has to be sorted.
