Finally, I found the best teacher 😃😃😃. Thanks Aquaman. Great tutorial
Aquaman lol
xD
Lol
Nice!
:-P
After wasting time this morning watching trashy videos I noticed the notifications lit up for this. That nice little Martin inspired me to get out my nice little Guild and now I'm pickin' and strummin' and that is a good thing. Thanks
That "breaking the golden rule" pattern is like second nature for me after playing thrash metal for so many years. It's definitely good to keep it in mind as an alternative & to add dynamics to a song.
I had friend growing up his nickname was cornbread he was the only kid in the neighborhood who could really play guitar and brother you remind me of him ,it is compliment thank you.
Tony, I've been playing for over 50 years, and what you say makes more sense than most of what I see on the Net. I did not have the option of formal music training growing up. I had to figure it out by myself. It's nice to hear some of what I've discovered posed so concisely.
Why were you verified?
@@hexterzerda I have no idea.
@@julianozikaful what do u mean
Frank Gregg that’s pretty cool tho
@@hexterzerda verified only if you're "authentic" not used content, there are more people who got verified like him, like having an original song
YESSSSS, this is exactly what i needed!!!!!! because all what i play sound the same!!!!!! thanks for the vid man!!!
Thanks so much, Tony. I take weekly lessons but I use your lessons to supplement the lessons I get from my instructor. It keeps me busy, and I really enjoy it. Awesome videos.
You were so articulate in explaining the 5 strumming patterns..
Truly enjoyed this lesson.
You are great in understanding difficulties of guitar players. Loved the video.
I've been watching your videos for a while, the most important thing for me is the way you explain the process.
I like to play rhythm guitar, after watching all your videos I hope I can play in the party, pub, etc. Lol. Thanks for the lesson.
Awesome!!! Best video instruction I've come across. Can't wait to try the patterns out. I have a hard time using a pick but looks great for finger strumming as well. Thank you.
I've been playing a week now, thankyou, very helpful!
Love this! So helpful and well taught. Thanks
Starting playing the uke about a year ago, been struggling with strumming patterns since I favor melodic playing, this was really helpful for the uke as well, thanks!
Thank you for making this tutorial lesson! I really enjoyed it! the last pattern and advice was most appealing to me and as I tried and applied felt as if I was discovering new flavours in my skill.
Learning to play guitar and this videos helps me improve little by little ☺

Thank you so much for this! Boom-chick-a! You speak my language. Lol! Sometimes numbers go over my head, but thanks to being in music school I now also understand how to count rhythm. This lesson is going to help me tremendously in my playing. I loved the palm mute technique. I never did it correctly and now I know why.

Rad. Thank you!
I normally don't look at it with structure, because I can hear the pattern. But, I promised myself to do it by "The Book" this time. So the way you did it, fit perfectly, into what I've always done but added more structure. If that made sense. Just Thanks 👍
Very nice Educational video 👌glad to now how strumming works now 👍
Nice patterns! Thanks a lot. As me, there are a lot of self tought players and I personally appreciate good youtube lessons.
Thank you! This is really helpful, I’ve been trying to write a song kind of inspired off of Elliot smith’s “clementine”, (if you’ve heard it, you know what I mean by obscure chord changes and strumming). I wanted to find the right strumming pattern to make it unique, and bam! Here we are. So anywho, thanks :)
HEY THERE MY FIRST TIME. IT WENT WELL. THANKS
Thank you man
