Reminder: I was taught you rinse your mouth with water (don't swallow) after the 2 puffs. Prevents mouth thrush.

Hello, yes that is true but usually only for inhaled corticosteroids 😊

I had been told to wait a minute in between puffs - I will try waiting longer and breathing in slower and see if that helps!

Great question and you should definitely ask your Doctor since there are so many different inhalers.
