    I am having proximal hamstring tendonosis.
    Pain at ischial tuberosity whiles walking ,etc
    Water exercises has helped me over 3 days .
    Hamstring stretches out side water was painful.
    Surly di all thse after my hamstring recovers.
    Thank you for these exercises.
    Do post some exercises in shallow water.as our pool is just chest deep.

      Exercising in the water should definitely help you in your recovery. But you probably want to stick to more gentle/stretching movement.
