    The main and important lesson to train football..... sharp your skills by doing a little bit ball mastery and technique drills for 1 or 2 time a week then do a lot of max intent if alone and small sided games if have 2 or 4 friends ... cross training for elite athleticsm , peak harmony training for elite athleticsm watch match and tactics to become a complete professional elite footballer ...........just simple ..... and the golden rule: do it consistently ..............
    But what is peak harmony training

      Play sports as you say and also do fascia training

    This is winters and I wake up 6 45 in morning and go outside in the park so I want to know that is this beneficial to go barefoot on the grass in the morning as the grass is so cold it approximately freeze my foots and nerves. what's your opinion

    If you are busy like every day of week with futsal and 11 aside games on my 1 day or 2 day rest should i avoid this solo trainning or do very low impact and still do it

      The main goal is to do different and a lot kinds of movements in cross training ... If you are dancing ,punching,or even doing gymanistics all come under cross training
