I have been looked at by a MLS Academy from using your training and your lifestyle, everyday I would always go outside and ground 15 minutes and then do barefoot training or max intent then play futsal and I saw crazy results. I appreciate it, right now so far I’m dealing with groin injuries but it all started when my coaches was telling me to hit the gym, then I hit hit then I got injured.
One more question ,, does elite naturals have a unique way of walking other than normal people . I belive that by changing way of moving and walking we can chenge our neurological orders , etc . Please answer i did a lot of experiment on this but didnot get the correct thing please help me

This thought is making a kind of wall between me and career like i love playing mor free flow game like a lot of risks and tactics also .. now i am confused and sometimes a thought came into my mind that leave football and do something else. I want your thought toward this robotic style of play where a lot of tactical instructions are followed like manchester city play , etc
Yes... please watch the video. This training looks at the functionality humans are meant to have and develop from birth. Most sabotage it. Top players have it and developed better than others.
Hey Taylor, me again. In step 4 when you mentioned listening to the little voice in your head, is this voice related to what we cover in the pre-flow module of self-made talent where we learn to unearth our intrinsic creativity?
My confidence gets ruined because when I’m at tryouts I see all the other more “fortunate” kids with the newest boots newest ball and nice cloths I know I’m better than them but that’s always been stuck in my head that’s the thing that kills my confidence, how do you think I can overcome that because that’s one of my biggest drag backs and one of my biggest diciplenary motivators

Coach, None of the elite footballers did all these exercises. They just played football and spent time with the ball
