- Crushing Gold Ore From The Richest Gold Field on Earth!
The worlds biggest gold nuggets have all come from one spot in central Victoria in Australia, the golden triangle. Millions of ounces of gold have been recovered over the last 150 years, from sluicing to metal detecting. But more gold has been found in hard rock gold mining than any other method.
This is a sample of very rich ore given to me by a subscriber to test. Just wait until you see how much gold was in this rock!

I'm speechless I didn't expect the vid or the gold.
You are the most acknowledged funny prospector... love you're show
Cheers man
Not bad looking over at all for such a small sample that you crushed. I bet that’s 2 to 3 ounces per ton. Thanks for sharing. It was a nice premiere. See you on the next one.👍🏼👊🏼
Amazing as always
Been following you for a while, brought my first gold panning kit. Love your videos and joined patreon...
Thanks bro ❤

nice gold cool crush Chris
Hi Chris, I'm going to the Golden triangle next week for 3 days.
Although I know Slatey creek is dry now, I hope to practice with my new metal detector.
After watching this video, I,ll also look for some Quartz like you described to take home and crush.
I am new to prospecting so this is my first trip to the golden triangle, hope to get just a little bit of colour.
Regards Shayne.
The golden triangle still has so much hidden gold and is very alluring!
Also fire assay can be a good way to test gold ores for hidden / non visible gold
Great comparison of N.E. Vic. gold and Golden Triangle gold. Always enjoy the hard rock crushing videos. And that shirt is cool!
I'm supremely happy with my shirt
Can't go wrong with the Golden Triangle!
An old diver trick is putting silicone grease over your mustache so the dive mask still can seal. Might be worth trying for your respirator.
In the right time and place, Vaseline is safer. Be careful where you take that jar out, though, don’t let the wrong bloke see you carrying that.
As a bearded guy as well, when having a majestic beard, masks don't work. If you can smell a fart, the mask doesn't work. #beardlivesmatters
Would this work with a gas mask?
Bro I love the machine that you are using for crushing rocks.
Love it 👍👍
Can't wait to visit the Golden Triangle one day.
Always good in the golden triangle
I have to visit the Golden Triangle one day with my metal detector, I did after all buy it after watching your channel.
It's good to see how you explain things so well Evan a very naive that has no clue what -so-ever how hard it is to do gold mining wealth hard rock or placer mining
Love your shirt!
Me too
Congratulations bro
Love the shirt!
Cool shirt Chris. I'm in the process of moving to NE Vic. Perhaps I might bump into you at a range one day. Or on Reedy Ck!
Sounds good! Both quite possible
Supporting the channel and maybe help with a steak and whiskey. Great episode!
Deal!
Wow 😮 hopefully I’ll get down there one day to the Golden Triangle
It's worth the trip
Hey. The miners face mose is an extra dust filter :-)
Keep it real! ❤
You want to find that gold rich quartz then take a trip to the township of Thames on the Coromandel in New Zealand. As a young fella my cousins and I would explore the old gold mines and gold processing plants up in the hills and valleys behind Thames. There piles of ore by a river and you could see the little chunks of gold on the surface of many. My Mum had a piece of quartz on shelf in our living room that had a big fleck of gold on one end.
Hey Chris any blue claw yabbies in the dirty green fish tank?
They eat the green algie and make good eating.
They also breed like crazy.
They would make skeletor home 😂 😂 😂

I need that shirt. Going to the golden triangle over Easter can’t wait.
Everyone needs this shirt. Except golfers
4:30 😂😂😂
I may have mentioned this before Chris but here we go again... "Brecciated" ... Brett see ate Ted. For the record, Ted was a gingerbread man.
Golden Triangle!!!
Beautiful
🙏❤️🌲
Chris you gotta get out there
It’s just now beginning to warm up in Georgia so maybe down there it’s cooling down enough to comfortably get out exploring again?
Yeah we're still in a heat wave but the nights are getting cooler
Are you still able to find any amount of gold in Georgia?
@@MadMarlin1964 I live in the far northwest corner. I’m sure there is some in the creeks of Dahlonega albeit small.
The positive side of being a decent guy and well known too (Gadzee helps too lol)
Can't be bad when people just randomly approach you and give you gold ...😉
It's a great peoblem
hello chris. iv been following you on youtube for many
many years, and I have a question for you :-)
I was wondering about that green mean prospecting highbanker you have, were did you get it from and is it possible to buy one? i live in north sweden and I go prospecting in finish lapland every summer and I would really like to have one of those small green highbankers. cheers for your Hard work and superb videos also.

Always clean equipment to prevent cross comtation .
I did, I cut it from the edit. Along with a few other things.
Golden Triangle!
Its funny I've seen all your videos and never actually thought to use heat on my ore crushing's hahaha, duhhhh, I feel like I've missed too much gold now considering I prospect in the golden triangle
Nice find, but is the Golden Triangle better than our Kalgoorlie deposits???
Every night i come home from a long days work hoping for fresh entertainment and knowledge along with inspiration to get back out the bush for a looky and you Chris deliver keep up the great work! p.s whats micks chanell under ?
Would love to go prospecting in the Golden Triangle! mmmmmm Golden Triangle

I wish michigan(USA), had The Golden Triangle.
I wish that too
Get cheap cyclone to remove filter clogging ore dust going into vac. .
All Hail the Golden Triangle!
The Golen Triangle is so different to N E Victoria. Especially with a detector by the looks of it. Wonder what's in that other rock?
Very different detecting here to the GT
Might be fun to bring your crushers and take a roadtrip for a bigger sample. It might give him a reason to buy a crusher and it would make a great video
Golden Triangle is winning it!!
Absolutely destroying it
Hello Chris love you videos but you should know specific gravity test Don't always work So Well with natural Gold I just saying 👍
I know, I made a video on doing the test and explained how they can be very helpful and also regularly inaccurate
Would be interesting to see how much Sulphide locked gold vs free milled gold is still out there.
Yeah I've been thinking that
Hi mate. I just back from a reef mine near Moliagul with a nice bucket of juicy rocks. All have detectable non-ferrous targets. Interestingly I was able to see some gold but there is also a whole lot of grey material within the rock. This is also giving a signal. My suspicion is that it is arsenopyrite. Any thoughts? Let me know if you want me to send you some pics. Cheers, Rick
100% some sort of sulphide
I want to move to the golden triangle when I retire!
Feel better Chris.. need you and Gadzee finding more "Shiny" maybe that private permission Gadzee had a few months ago?
No water there currently
i like the new crusher
It's actually over a year old on the channel, just haven't used it in a while.
get a wife , best crushers ever 🤣
Could you convert your wheelbarrow in to a rocker or sluce? It would effectively become a portable prosepcting station. (My brain sees a marine landing craft).
Hahaha, I like your idea
I like the shirt!
Me too, it's for men
You sure know how to handle a big hose once you get your hands around it
You may need a few buckets of your own from this golden triangle!
Golden Triangle

Check out Mount Baker Minning and Minnerals! He has everything you need to Bust up rocks down to powder! and run them on a "separating table!"
G'day Chris, your not completely right about the Golden Triangle, l live in the location and have planned many creeks and find good fine Gold, the old timers would pick the nuggets out of there pans and throw the fine stuff one the waste pile, then the Chinese came and panned the arse out of the area, but you can find areas they missed and the fine stiff is rich, biggest problem no blood water most of the year, no fantastic Reedy creek with water running most of the year, cheers mate, Neil 🤠.
Cool 😎, & I like your shirt too, being the Blind Sniper who likes taking pot shots.
Enough lead down range and you'll hit something
@VoGusProspecting wish you were here, maybe on an adventure...thanks. if I could find a way to send you pix, Chris, you'll freak! I saw a PO box, I wonder if my Polaroid still works
Nice, but what set off the monster, nothing looked big enough in that?
Not in this sample, in the wall of the mine. This was the lose stuff
@@VoGusProspecting maybe I should listen properly 😂😂😂😂. Good point, and how good does it look….
I’d be interested to know if the rock shown in the beginning at 0:20 would be worth more processed into an oz of gold, or as a whole piece.
It's definitely being kept as a specimen. Very rare for my area
Stamps will never retire.
He's got a lot of miles left in him
I'm more interested in the turtle in the background than the gold. What's the story about that guy??? Love the vids
He was rescued 14 years ago from a bogan family
Noice keep up the good work I got three rescue friends myself. Thanks for getting me back into the outdoors
