Follow up - WOW! This is our new favorite cocktail - my wife has asked for it twice since we made it the first time. Very freshing to drink. It is so good and after watching enough of your videos, this one really hit the "well balanced" you often talk about. We love everything about this cocktail and using Empress Gin is such a great flavor balance against the ginger. The ginger really pops (we are using Stirrings Ginger Liqueur 25% ABV) and the whole thing is just great. You absolutely nailed this one. Thanks for adding a great new cocktail to our favorites list.
Grandslam - I've been looking for more drinks with my Ginger Liqueur and Empress - I'm making this tonight - it looks fantastic - I'll let you know how it goes but I'm sure it will be awesome! Thanks, Dave!
You have been my teacher for about a good year now, I’ve made several of your cocktails, tweaking them a little bit to my liking but they always come out perfect. The fact that you don’t have waaaaaaay more subscribers should be a good damn crime!!!!

I love gin tonic with lemon👏... I'm really a fan , but with ginger?...Only tried Ginger Lemon Gin Fizz cocktail , garnish with cucumber. I really like it.🌝🙃🌝 The recipes are somewhat similar. I'm a fan of gin tonic! But in my country i cannot find the empress 1908. Do you have any idea how to infuse a gin?
Pour the gin into the jar and add 10 butterfly pea flowers for each 250ml of gin. 3. Screw on the lid, shake well, and leave to steep overnight.
