Correct. the SD card is only for moving the data. The CPAP will continue to record with or without the SD card. It is best to put the SD card back in though.
I have a Luna G3 which is different. I downloaded the app to get the results but it doesn’t work because the site is always down. I don’t know what to do? I constantly have problems shutting the machine off and multiple attempts just locks the device up and blackened the screen. Disconnecting the power cord for 10+ seconds is the only way to reset the device but it is a pain to deal with.
Sounds like an issue that your CPAP provider should be able to assist with. We have not been having issues with reports from 3B recently to my knowledge.
The signup process is confusing to me. Makes me think that I am opening a business account and not a personal account the way it is worded and appears. I looked up the website you show but it looks like it is geared for my healthcare provider.
I never knew there was an SD card before. I was able to access the card and generate the report. But for today, it says I used it for 49 minutes when I used it for at least 10 hours. I sure hope insurance doesn't go by this as that would reduce my compliance. I'll start keeping a diary of use and see if the report agrees with it after a couple of weeks.
@@AyooAnt Well that may be a different issue. I would replace the card to see if that resolves it. If not you may have to get back to your provider for more help.
What if I don’t have a computer but an IPad? How then will I be able to down load my information? I also wanted to know, is that website only for personal purposes? There’s no place for me to register, only to login.
Anybody else have trouble getting a report since React Health bought 3B Medical? I keep getting "The uploaded file could not be processed successfully. Please ensure it is a valid .USR file and try again."
Turned out to be the SD card at fault. Luna 2. On 9/9 got a replace SD card warning, it was in. Then it wouldn't work with the icodeconnect .Tried everything with it( save to desktop folder, format, reload, check drive) QR+ was missing days and data. Put in new SD card and it loaded everything since day 1 except some data from 9/9. 99.4% compliant although my journal I have 100% ►4 hours. Still happy with my purchase even with having to create PDF file to send to resp. nurse.
I just bought one of these on pre-order because of the recalls on my Dreamstation. After seeing this video, I will be cancelling the order. It is not acceptable that the sdcard is encrypted in a way that forces your data in the cloud in a way the company can track you. All of my previous machines have been usable with Sleepyhead/Oscar and directly readable. I won't buy another one unless it also is unencrypted and does not force you into a data sharing agreement with the manufacturer.
@CPAPmyway I have yet to find another option beyond the RESmart software which provides very little data, as well. I'm certain I won't be purchasing a Luna product again, in the future.
My SD card was damage, can I get a regular SD card, or it has to be the original one? I guess is a matter of formatting the card, do you have that info? In your video, it looks like a .USR file. Please advise. Thanks
Great Video, after this do you just put the SD card back in the Luna and it will restart recording the hours going forward? I appreciate your help.

You should be able to use the "quick report" feature to perform a quick personal download and report.

Check out this blog below. it may help out a lot.

@@CPAPmyway I went back and pulled my card once again. I see where the 49 min was absorbed into the next day.
At least it is there@@marythompson468
How secure is your CPAP info on this site? Isn't this a little too trusting to just enter sensitive info on a website?
I am not sure what security protocols they have, but I would imagine that they are HIPPA compliant.
Does the SD card need any specific formatting before using it in the cpap?
Should be completely formatted and blank if you are putting a different one that the one that came with the CPAP.
I want to know what are respiratory events that BMC g2s can detect and comes in the printed report of the cpap
It will report Apneas, Hypopneas and central apneas for sure.
What SD card do I need? Mine didn’t come with one
I believe that any card will work if you have completely cleared it.
If the SD card is not working could I get the report just through the machine?
You can call in your iCode to your provider to get the general data.
Can I print & download the compliance report myself I’m not working with a health care provider
Yes you can. Easily
Can the data be downloaded to my computer like to load into a spreadsheet file? Either through your site or by the SD card?
I dont think that it will go into a spreadsheet, but you can follow this tutorial video to get a PDF on your computer.
My Cpap Luna 2 isn’t recording data anymore & I don’t know what to do 😫
I would try a new card to see if that helps. That is not something that we hear very often.
@@CPAPmyway ok what about the mute button blinking orange & restarting ?

Try unplugging it for 10 seconds to reset the modem
@@Kaylahbcu1 do you know if there’s a number that I could call ?

I do not think that this process works for ipads.
Do you know how to check the total run hours on the Luna II.total run time of machine
I believe that you have to get into the clinical settings to find that. Should say Blower Hours I think.
Can I use my iPhone to read the SD card to get my compliance report?
I do not think so.
@@CPAPmyway I was able to

That would be a first time issue for us to hear. Are you uploading a Luna 2 or G3?

Would you happen to know if I can do this with a resmrd airsense 10?
You can not unfortunately. This only works with the Luna CPAP.
Can I use an iPhone to read the SD card
I do not think so.
I was able to use my iPhone to read the SD card ! Yaaay
Luna also has an app (Android and apple), but it's a bit harder to read on android
Thanks for the input.

I am not sure that the Luna Data is Encrypted, but maybe it is.
Best info thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
No longer an option. Used to be a great product until they started taking away all the useful features.
Yeh they changed it recently. I am going to do another video to help with another option.

You should be able to use any SD card as long as it is formatted and large enough storage wise.
