These are such great videos! Thank you for posting. We are going to make a similar trip in 2024. One question for you: how did you make the introduction with the old map and animated routing? I'm hoping to do some videos of our trip and I have no idea how to create something like that. If you have tips or advice, or could share what you used to create the opening, I'd be grateful. Looking forward to seeing more of your African adventures.
Hi Lisa! Thank you for the compliments. I use Wondershare Filmora to do all my edits. That and hours in front of UA-cam! To be honest, if you ask me to re do it tomorrow, I doupt if I will get it right again!🙈 Namibia is amazing, sure you will love it, you can have a look at our 22/23 adventure all the way to Lake Victoria in Tanzania! It was EPIC! Safe travels.
nice adventure... The place you have camped on Hartmann valley, does it called Crocodil berg? I want to learn the exact spot of crokodil berg... but I cant find any info..
Hi Tiana en familie. Love jul videos en jaloers op al jul awesome trips!! Mal oor jul Cruiser!!!! Ek self het 'n 2005 Land Cruiser 4500 Efi double cab. Ek is baie nuuskurig, wat is jul gemiddelde brandstof verbruik op daai V6 en wat is die swakste verbruik in diep sand 4x4 ry..?? Ek droom van sulke trips met my 4500 EFi Cruiser en soek net 'n idee van brandstof verbruik... Groetnis Riaan
Hi Riaan, dankie Ons kar is hoog, en wind is ons grootste uitdaging as dit by brandstof kom... Op die teerpad ry ons nie vinniger as 120km/h en dan kry ons +/- 4tot 5km per L. Op trips soos die een deur Kaololand (sand en klip) het ons gemiddeld 4.5 gekry. Dik sand, soos Central Kalahari het dit maklik af gekom tot 3 km/L. Groete, Joe
