Bravo to the producers of this video. The humble community and its people are Igbos and marginalized and feel forgotten by their brethren in the hinterland. Could it be because of their situation that they are not like the River State Igbos with a Situational Identity Crisis?

The government should kindly provide them with borehole.
I used to carry water 💦 for years, and my head and neck hurt badly.
Something should be done to bring water 💦 to this community ❤❤
    Much love.
    Thanks for this beautiful video

I don't understand why West Africans did not domesticate an animal that can help them ferry loads. At least, they should have imported donkeys. I'm happy though, that Igbo villages still have a teeming population of people

Don't you think you over-generalized about West Africa not having beasts of burden? West Africa is huge and has so many ethnic groups within it. The diversities of cultures and languages in West Africa is the greatest in the whole continent.
There are many ethnic groups in West Africa who use beast of burden very well. They are mostly those on the northern part of the region which is mostly savannah and sahelian in vegetation. There you will find donkeys, Horses and Camels. They were very active in the Trans-Saharan trade routes.
However, the southern part of the region which is mostly rainforest and Mangrove swamp with heavy population of Tsetsefly( I don't think you're familiar with this animal killer insect) ensured beasts of burden don't survive for long within it. This meant that the culture of using the common beasts of burden was developed by the people of Southern West Africa and it remains so till date even after Tsetseflies have been dealt with.
In conclusion, West Africans have and use beast of burdens but not all ethnicities with the region use it. This communities falls within the southern part of West Africa which exactly where I reside.

It breaks my heart that the Eastern Governors and politicians don't even care about a people like these; down to earth, agrarian, peaceful and welcoming, instead they will allow Fulani Terrorists all over the East to be attacking agrarian people like these.
