Hey I want to get into ASU. I'm a senior and currently have a total unweighted GPA of 3.67 and SAT score of 1230. How were you able to get that 40k scholarship? I am middle class and don't have a lot of money and will have to pay for my own college, so the scholarship money would help a lot. Thank you.
Of course, it's natural to want to watch college reaction videos with a variety of applicants making them, especially when the video-makers tend to lean top-heavy.
As a parent and a college counselor, I want to let you know that you demonstrate an amazing amount of maturity and wisdom. I expect you will have a happy, healthy, and rewarding future.
congrats on pepperdine and all of your acceptances! thank you so much for this video. i've been watching so many college videos from people who got into harvard and they decided they wanted to be a doctor when they were like 10 years old. i have no idea what i want to do but this video was really helpful :)
As someone who is also tanked their sophomore year, this video has been really reassuring. I feel like I had this golden child thing growing up and that a lot of people expected me to go to an ivy league school, but my stats really aren't there. Instead I chose to have decent mental health, pretty good grades, and a really great social life. Essentially I chose happiness. But now as I'm looking at colleges I'm having regret about how maybe I shouldn't pushed myself more, but it's reassuring to see another semi-average student making one of these videos. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Very good comments about the essays! Yes, it has to be about you and your experiences. A professor told me that my college essay that it was not the best. I have 3.31 unweighted on scale 4
Can't I able to get into FSU?
I wanna make a video similar to this now that I’m a senior who isn’t gonna apply to top schools 😅
I’m starting my apps now, I’m really leaning on my essay to give me a boost to hopefully make it into UNC, but my GPA is 3.922 weighted which is below where I really need to be, hoping I can get in, good thing is I’m in state and I can write a pretty good essay. SAT is 1340 which is about average, a little below average on math for UNC. Anyways we’ll see. Wish me luck.
Mane this shi created hope
Thank you so much
Bro this gives me hope to get into a good D1 four year college cause my grades situation is similar to yours
What was your college essay about? Was it about your grades and how you overcame them or something else? I would really appreciate if you reply to this. I want to get accepted so badly
Its kind of a personal story so I didnt dive too deep into it, but let me know if you want to see a video about them. I may consider making one
