Great question--thanks for reaching out! While RF treatments can be used to reduce fat cells, it only happens if you are using a device designed to treat that layer of your skin. The size and positioning of the electrodes of the STOP Vx (and all of the TriPollar facial devices) ensure that the RF signal doesn't pass below the dermis layer of skin (approximately 3 mm below the surface of your skin). Because the layers below the dermis are not affected during treatment, the devices do not cause facial fat loss. We hope that this information is helpful!
when I use rf+dma mode, my lips jump, and besides, it hurts, more than 30 seconds is unbearable to endure. I have threads in this zone, can it somehow be because of this? Thanks

I had similar experience of pain as you but I don’t have thread lifting done in that area (but you might want to consult your doctor before using Tripollar again cos the manual did warn about aesthetic treatments).
Anyways! There is NO clear information from Tripollar officially about the pain, I felt so lost for awhile cos the pain was initially unbearable and I as put off using it for MONTHS!
But fortunately, I found a UA-camr whom mentioned in her video demo that when using the DMA mode she did experience pain and she described the pain similar to someone snapping a rubber band against your skin repeatedly!
I was so much more assured after knowing that. And decided to continued using my Tripollar - and pushed through the pain 😂, now I’m used to it and is using the higher level DMA mode.

You Must be going way too fast. Go very slow. Over an area.
Can we use Tripolar for eye area? You didn't show this area. You only mentioned cheeks and forhead.
That's a great question, thanks for asking! We do not recommend using the STOP Vx for the eye area as the skin is very thin there. The TriPollar STOP EYE is designed to be safe to use in that sensitive area, as it has much smaller, more closely placed electrodes. If you are located in the United States, the STOP EYE is not yet available. It is currently going through the FDA approval process. We hope that it will be available there soon! It is available on our international sites and store locations.
Hi, the gel dries very quickly on my face and it becomes difficult to massage, should I add gel while using it? Thanks!
Hi! Thanks for your question. Do you have a TriPollar STOP Eye or another STOP device designed for the face. The EYE comes with a balm that is applied directly around the eye socket area and dries quickly into the skin. The other STOP devices come with a gel that is sticky and non drying, only a really small amount is needed to cover your face areas. We suggest you apply the gel to one half of your face for that portion of the treatment, and then apply to the other side when you are ready to begin the treatment there.

Hi, thanks for confirming. We recommend you use the TriPollar Eye Balm for the STOP Eye, one side at a time. The balm has a lighter, smoother consistency and is quicker drying. It has been made specifically for the delicate eye area. The TriPollar Preparation Gel has a gel like consistency and is sticky. Only a small amount is needed to cover the facial treatment areas and this is non drying so needs to be wiped after your treatment is complete.

Hi, can I use it for my temples and the areas underneath my temples?
We don’t recommend using the STOP Vx close to the eye socket, or on any soft tissue like the nose, lips, eyeballs and thyroid area. You can treat above the eyebrow, the crows feet and the cheekbone with the STOP Vx, all of which are going to support more youthful looking eyes.
Can we use it on the face area where we have acide hyaluronique and botox injection ?
Hi, thanks for reaching out. With regard to using other products such as Hyaluronic acid along with the TriPollar devices, we do suggest checking with your doctor or dermatologist first, as some of those products need to be used daily and can cause quite a bit of skin sensitivity that could cause RF treatments to become painful. Your doctor/dermatologist should be able to suggest a proper balance between your treatments.
It is suggested that you allow your Botox to 'settle' before using RF. We recommend doing your RF treatments in advance of your Botox injections and waiting several weeks, or waiting approximately 3 months after your Botox injections, unless otherwise advised by your physician. Your physician/injector knows your skin best, so again we advise you please consult with them for their recommendations as well.

Great questions! Yes. TriPollar can be used on the cheek area as well as the sides of the neck. You will want to avoid the center of her neck where the thyroid is located and under the chin where the glands are located as it is not safe for use in those locations. Bei mir leuchtet das Orange Licht nicht so oft ( obwohl ich es sehr langsam mache) , hatte erstmal tripollar X hat super funktioniert, bei dem VX wird es ziemlich schnell warm / heiss aber Orange leuchten will es kaum 🤔🙄 12- 15 min? Kann nicht sein, dann kommt es gar nicht zum Orange leuchten / piepsen 🙄.

Hi Joyce, it doesn't matter if you move in or outwards. You can support the lifting effect by moving the device starting from your jaw working in an upwards circular motion. When I have the device on the lowest setting It’s almost unbearable for me to use because the electric shocks are so painful. I can barely press is down against my face at all. Is this normal?

Hi Brandy, RF plumps you skin and smooths out fine lines and wrinkles because it stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. If you need a device with RF only, we recommend the DESIRE or the STOP X (ROSE).

Hey, great question! It is recommended to use Pollogen's designated preparation gels. All the devices were designed, tested, validated, and verified with Pollogen's gels. Pollogen is not liable for any misuse related to other gels or oils.
Does this replace micro current devices like nuface because of the dma mode?
Almost! DMA can be seen as Microcurrent's big brother - it's much more intense and therefore can only be used on the jawline!
Is it normal to feel the elv low power mode in my scalp? When I started using it, my whole face was twitching, my eyes, eyebrows etc, it’s quite painful.

Hi Estefania! You should use the ELV mode only on the jawline in a linear motion for about 5 min on each side.

Hi Mary, yes this is absolutely normal! What you see is your facial muscles "working out" which results in tighter skin. Your skin will probably get used to this sensation.

Great question! The green and blue lights indicate which setting is currently active. When the green light is on, it means that you have the RF treatment setting active. When the blue light is on it means that you have the RF + DMA/ELV treatment setting active. Each of those settings have two levels as well, so if one light (of either color) is showing, then you are using the lower level of that setting, and if both lights are on, then you have the higher setting active. @@francesca483 No, non fa male assumerlo insieme al trattamento ma non ce n'è bisogno dato che la radio frequenza stimola la produzione di collagene. L'uso migliore è con il nostro Gel di preparazione (e l'unico che suggeriamo) perchè protegge la pelle dal calore ma favorisce anche i risultati migliori facendo penetrare meglio il calore nella pelle. Il Vx puó essere usato nel contorno labbra, ma non troppo vicino agli occhi o alle palpebre. Ovviamente lo STOP Eye è piu' delicato e adatto a quelle aree pero'.
