Go on Amazon and search “near infrared and red light” and get the one with a bunch of tiny LED bulbs, those seem to help show results sooner, also get a tretinoin cream that has also helped my skin tremendously

When I used it, I didn’t pay attention to the red light. It might be too hot and burned my face. Now my face is swollen. Tell me what to do.
