Welcome back to another episode! After a long 8 month wait we've finally got our hands on the brand new Skye RV 14ft Van! This is a brand new product to market and we've been invited to help the team with some R&D on their US models! And what better way to test it than to take it with us on our travels around Texas! Stick around because we're making our way west and exploring some epic waterfalls and some of the biggest underground caves in the US!

Should be open 100%
100%, Ayers Rock really needs to be opened up again for climbing if they have any hope of revitalising tourism back into the NT.

We have some awesome caves this side too, a well known one - Cango Caves......
We have those 'prickly pears' this side too, you pick them with a tin can, peel them, and stick them in the fridge, damm good..

I climbed Ayres rock was awesome, should still be able to climb it,
I have also climbed Ayers rock it should be opened again.
The new camper/caravan is awesome!! Every outdoor person should have one.
Love the content, and yes the rock should be open to all Australian's and Tourists to see and enjoy.

This looks awesome! If they could stack another king size bed above the current bed you could easily sleep 4 to 6 people.

09:40 looks like a Sunseeker VH14 that you towed for a while. I got one last year. Very good with lots of solar and more battery. Pretty good for one or two at a pinch, if you like outside cooking and living.

If you option for a Queen bed, it'll cost AUD$850 for the side cabinetry 2023 prices. Go Queen and gain the extra storage space.

Does the storage cabinet in the shower have waterproof lip around the inside of them like a canopy door
It probably has a Tare of 2200 with an ATM of 3000. That's a payload of 800Kg. 300 litres of water tanks - well you can see where that's going ...

I'm keen to find out the tare weight before water gas and everything is put in the van and it's ATM. I've seen some with only 400kg paylaod and that's before filling the water tanks...

i think uluru should open but last time i climb it all i saw was cigarette butts and dirty nappies so i understand why it was closed , its a shame we have healthy pigs traveling our country , cant wait to see skye rv off road see if its dust proof think it needs to go down creb track
