Hey! I’m a holistic nutritionist so I’m gonna give you a few tips you didn’t ask for. I also suffer from IBS so I know all about a backed up system and bloating. 1) drinking an excess of water with meals diluted digestive enzymes making it more difficult for your body to breakdown food, leading to heaviness and bloating after meals. You can sip on small amounts of hot water while eating if needed. Best to stop 30 min before and after meals though. Drinking water with apple cider vinegar also helps bloating and increases stomach acid which is needed to breakdown heavy protein meals, and since you’re cutting down on carbs you’ll naturally be consuming more protein. 2) Ox-Bile supplements also do wonders. Your liver may be under functioning just from drinking etc and I find that does wonders for my constipation and bloating. 3) if you’re going to cut out gluten because your body can’t digest it, you should also cut out dairy because our bodies literally weren’t meant and cannot really digest it. Everyone is lactose intolerant. 4) make sure you’re chewing your food super well. Saliva has the enzymes required for the first stage of digestion and chewing adequately also signals your stomach to release stomach acid which then releases more enzymes in the small intestine, which will help with optimal digestion. :)
See a gastroenterologist and check for SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) because you mentioned you had food poisoning in one of your videos recently. If you do get a positive result for SIBO, then treatment and corresponding diet will really help relieve your symptoms.
Im starting low/no gluten too and I really recommend the hearts of palm linguine from whole foods! Its like 30 calories, no carbs and seriously so good with like a bolognese sauce

Low carb and low gluten is really good for your body in moderation. I did keto once and went so extreme I cut carrots out of my system…please don’t go that extreme. It’s scary and I gained half the weight back. Love you girl
Hi Page! Loved the video! I also enjoy kale , but maybe consider washing it before consuming! You can try and shake you kale on the counter or on a kitchen towel and you can see sooo many small bugs falling from the kale! Just a little tip! I’m off to buy some kale amd try your salad 😊
Having a rock hard belly when bloated is one of the primary symptoms of endometriosis. If you also have stomach pains I would bring that up with a doctor!
I just wanna say that every time you wanna cook you have to wash your veggie first. wash the eggs, the meat before you cook. All that dirty, so wash can prevent you from becoming infected with food-borne illnesses like norovirus. Take care you hygiene
I also love olive oil a lot, but you have to be careful with heating it up too much because then it may release toxic acids or something (as far as I remember, look it up yourself to be sure) anyways, nice video
