God, I love our labor laws as an employee!
The whole Quickshot fiasco is a symptom of an ongoing degradation/stagnation of the LEC product, that has been ongoing since a few years at this point. From scavenging the caster pool, through layoffs, technical issues, uninspired or uninspired level of narratives (that one was always the case in Europe tbh), drops and other laughable attempts at making viewers engaged, to subsequent sabotaging of EU Masters. Makes me sad that this keeps going, but oh well at least NA broadcast is improving.
It would be really cool to have him as a guest on LFN stuff provided it doesn't interfere with any settlement he made. His commentary on LEC would still be fun to have if he is still interested in it.
To the quickshot firing and German laws. There is a chance that he got a resignation right at that moment, BUT in germany there is something like a time hurdle if you wanne fire someone that has worked at your company for a certain time. To explain it simply, if you work at a company for 2 years, you get 3 months of "search" time after getting the termination letter before you get officially fired, but if you resign it is the same for the company, you cant just quit. (Obviously this is only in normal situations, I m not sure if quickshots action can be reason for immediate termination. This is where the potentiol lawsuit that monte mentioned could have been taken place) Considering he has been working there for around 10 years, there is a high chance his time is atleast 12-24 months (if its not regulated in the contract the german law has his own time table and yes it goes up ridiculously high if you work at a company for 20 years ect. Might be interesting for people outside of germany to know

In Sweden we also have those kinds of labour laws meaning the employee is the one with most of the power. I think this is common in western european countries, I know for a fact they are like this in the nordic countries which is nice when big corporations like riot exist

There is a chance that he got a resignation right at that moment, BUT in germany there is something like a time hurdle if you wanne fire someone that has worked at your company for a certain time.
To explain it simply, if you work at a company for 2 years, you get 3 months of "search" time after getting the termination letter before you get officially fired, but if you resign it is the same for the company, you cant just quit. (Obviously this is only in normal situations, I m not sure if quickshots action can be reason for immediate termination.

Considering he has been working there for around 10 years, there is a high chance his time is atleast 12-24 months (if its not regulated in the contract the german law has his own time table and yes it goes up ridiculously high if you work at a company for 20 years ect.

In Sweden we also have those kinds of labour laws meaning the employee is the one with most of the power. I think this is common in western european countries, I know for a fact they are like this in the nordic countries which is nice when big corporations like riot exist
