I’m the man you described. Businesses trips a lot. We FaceTime every night at least an hour before bed. Sometime i fly her out to spend some time with me. It’s all about how you prioritize time with her. I’ve even made her apart of the businesses so now she understands the ends and outs of everything that’s going on.

What he's doing is what I would call the norm. Most men want their partners to know what's going on with the business. I would suggest however not expecting too much from her because if you start expecting a business output based on this emotional position youve given her might be disappointed when she's not as interested in the business

I have a question. How do males and females bond with each other? I don't see how men and women can bond (especially romantically) with each other. Men and women think very differently from each other. It seems like it's impossible for men and women to emotionally connect with each other.
Women do emotionally connect with other women, better than men do. Women can build incredible friendships and become very close to each other in a way men can't bond, and science shows that women can bond very well with each other. Generally, women are even more social than men are. After something bad happens, a woman quickly rushes to talk to all of her female friends to get support, whereas a man can isolate himself and grief alone.

I don't see the importance of fatherhood. I always wondered what's the importance of fathers in a child's life. I can see why mothers are important. Women are socially and biologically programmed to be parents much more strongly than men are. Mothers are the ones that produce milk to feed to their babies. Also, mothers are the ones that are usually in charge of their babies, and they assume that role early on. Also, women have "maternal instinct", while men don't have anything like that. And also, children usually spend a lot more time with their mothers than they do with their fathers, and during that time, the mothers are usually taking care of the children.
Also, most animals in this world are only taken care by their mothers and they don't have their fathers around at all. So why are human fathers important? It seems that a child can grow up without a father, and still turn out ok.

    • @EssieSweet-ty6kt
      @EssieSweet-ty6kt Місяць тому

Hi there I would encourage you to read scripture by googling “25 Father Bible Verses & Scriptures For Fathers Day”. It speaks on the roles of mothers and fathers. It typically means a Father can instruct on the child to choose wisely between right and wrong. They are for protecting, guiding and lead families into a direction led by God. Typically mothers are not stern enough and or incorrectly do this when it comes to kids disobeying. They can nurture teach and care in a way that kids can lean on but as they get older the child will need to stand up strong as a father does in this world. Fathers are role models that mothers may not fully show to them because they tend to dote on them more.

I personally know myself enough to know I couldn't be with a man who was married to his work.
If he gives very little time to you - what's the point in being married? If he thinks finances are the only thing he needs to give, then you could just work for yourself as a single woman and not have the extra work and responsibility that comes with marriage.
If he is not around to be with the kids, then what's the point in him being a father? Essentially he provided his sperm and then left all the work to you. You're the only real parent in the child's life.
But marriage is about lifelong companionship. I always thinks it's a real compliment to you if your spouse wants to spend time with you. If they are "not fussed" - that's when your existence doesn't really matter and that marriage is just 2 robots playing husband and wife. There's no really no point to it because it's just empty and brings no benefit to either spouse or the children.
Two spouses who do have to work through long distance but make time for one another to communicate regularly, plan date nights and face time one another to fulfill both themselves and eachothers emotional needs is respectable. Telling one another about eachothers day is important because he probably wants to know what she does while he is away and she probably wants to know what he is up to while he is away. They are putting their trust into one another so it's not something to be taken lightly.

As someone who grew up with parents who had a business and were Out of the country half of the week, I only agree 50%. I totally would understand if my husband needs to leave for work and I wohldn't blame him for it. I would be really happy when he is home but I understand when he has to go, too. There are many things to do at home to support the family and my own progression in life, so I get the time to do that when he isn't there. but the condition that needs to be met for that is that I have to know that he is loyal and gives me stability in an emotional way, gives 100 % like I do. As soon as I catch him cheating on me or lie to me or hve secrets that seem to be kind of suspicious, that lifestyle isn't possible anymore.

My love language is physical touch. That doesn't work well with having someone gone all the time. Also, I have attachment issues. It's not a fear of someone cheating. I've always had a fear of death since I was a toddler. Seven years ago, when I lost my mom, I learned that I would rather have loved and lost someone than not experience love at all.
Luckily, I've met someone who doesn't make me feel ashamed of my feelings and accepts me attachment issues and all.

That is really enough time for them to plan how their schedules properly and it honestly teaches people that your marriage comes first before anything else really.

An insecure woman would always want the man on her side. There is a difference. Before you get married you both have to realise this. And vice versa.. an insecure man would always want his wife on his side all the time. Even when going shopping he will keep an eye on her that’s not healthy. That’s distrust . Trust is very important in a relationship.

    Is just NOT TRUE!
It might be hard but so it is for the more emotionally detached women specially if there’s children in the family bc most mothers do and should worry for the well being of their children and having their Father around while raising them is IMPORTANT!

I am fine to let him have unadulterated freedom. I won't be anxious or upset. Here's my deal: Don't make a fool of me. Don't treat me like furniture and as though ONLY you have emotional needs. And don't make me married SINGLE where I am alone in EVERY aspect even when you ARE around. A lot of men seem to be very ONE SIDED in a relationship and its "good" so long as HIS needs are being met. I see men complain all the time about having to CARE about their partner. They actually want her to just exist, almost delete him from the daily needs of life and handle them herself (kids included), and just serve him when he FEELS like it. Men go "Things are great. I'm fine. Maybe my family and children aren't, but I don't notice and they can take care of themselves." Men do not like taking care of themselves but want others to. They want attention and support in all areas but to be limited to tossing money and their bare-minimum at everything else. Women are adaptable, BUT, if you think women want to be like.... SINGLE-married....you have another thing coming. SO then men love those on-demand hoes: women, who come around for his pleasure on his terms that don't belong to him, who can give him all his attention and who he doesn't have to care about for the next year if he doesn't feel like it. Most men dont want relationships. They want an adoring servant that deletes their personal needs from the relationship entirely. This is the draw of whores, "girlfriends", friends with benefits, etc. Men are not loving creatures by nature and without God can't manage care towards anyone but themselves.

Men are in denial about the level of their selfishness. It’s why God asks of them 2 things: leadership and love. It’s the hardest 2 things you can ask of a mortal man. Even the very 1st man would not lead, nor protect, nor showed love. He was thinking only of himself and how to save himself. Thus, as a form of restitution, men are now the leaders and called to serve and care for something besides their own personal gain and comfort. It is the toughest feat for men are so self-centered and obliged. Western culture and teachings ENCOURAGES them to be exactly that. So, it’s no small accomplishment to raise an actual man instead of a male being that just continuously gets older. 90% of women will meet an aged male and suffer thinking somehow he can be a husband, father, or even friend when he will never be. Men and male society have no community and do not require any former character or nobility of men. They louse as they will and the majority of them do.

Seriously. I have seen this a lot around me recently. A man who only wants to 'visit' a wife every now and then and the wife is more than happy with this arrangement because he pays her well! He provides for her and possibly her children from a previous marriage. Personally I don't see this to be marriage... there no emotional bond or investment from either side. Women need to relearn the importance of EXTENDED family and understand that one person (for example a husband) should never have to be ALL things - a lover, confidante, nurse, bestfriend, midwife, sparring partner etc etc. Its too heavy a burden for one person to carry which is why marriages now breakdown in a way they didn't 50 years ago when people understood the value of extended family.

Here is the problem with this lady. If you don't go on that business trip for a few months then you don't get the home you want. Then he can't be home to put the kids to bed because you won't have a bed in the home you want. She lives in a dream world. Sometimes you have to work long hours. Not all jobs are oh let's say 9-5 or I can just go home when ever.

She’s not saying don’t go on the business trip for a month to look after you family. She’s saying for women to choose guys who aren’t this busy if they want real connection in a relationship bc a lot of women chase high earners and find out they can’t have him bc he’s so busy.

This is what she wants. A truly supportive emotionally stable woman helps her man achieve and supports him. Thats sign of a confident stable woman. What she is describing is an anxious attachment. If she has anxious attachment, she should not project that on other women just to make her look more appealing.
The problem i find with her videos is lack of sincerity as she herself is looking for a rich man for herself which got her interested in this. Its helpful but not 100% true as those are her opinions. She is not a licensed relationship expert but self proclaimed.
