ADC farms Mr president are for food security. Subdivisions of land due to population explosion is the main source of low land productivity and lack of enough grain to feed ever increasing population.

Natembeya have been very reasonable until when he mentions subdivisions of ADC farms. Those acreage of lands will go from green grain plantations to village slums scotched with more poverty and hunger. Land division is the devil nobody wants to talk about but it is more devastating than Ukraine war.
