They use a hydraulic jack to stretch the cable. If you stretch too much you can damage the concrete.

It should be made clear that pre-stressing the concrete does NOT add any extra load-bearing capacity!!
A lot of the structures he was showing throughout the video had arcs and other reasons to be lean and bear more load and he made it sound like making a structure pre-stressed by itself allows you leaner profiles, "less dead weight" which is simply not true!!
The only thing it does is reduce deformation!!

We cannot use fe 415 sir.... Tensile Strength of steel used in Prestressed Concrete will be appropriately 4 times more that HYSD bars
