This comeback is SO MEANINGFUL. From the choreography, to the song to the MV....all of it. Something that really hit me was that they didn't really look at the camera! I'm so used to idols looking into the camera...they're instructed to catch cameras. But its like the camera's didn't exist for them. They were simply performing, connecting with each other, with SHAWOL and certainly with JONGHYUN. BEAUTIFUL stage SHINee. This isn't about winning for them. This comeback is about healing, honoring, support and LOVE. SHINee is amazing.
For me this kind of music should be on top of the billboard chart. Its so sad how nowadays music popularity is depend on the group fanbase. This is just so amazing for me seeing how they deeply into the music. Keep it up old-gen groups!

Sadly I discovered Shinee after they lost their beautiful friend. They have been a beautiful example of carrying on despite utter heartache and I love them for it. The new groups all have strong elements of Shinee's work and I definitely feel they are under appreciated. I have so much love and respect for them.

One thing I noticed on this performance is that there where not much interaction with the audience. I mean we're all used to them singing facing the camera, but here, it's just different. And most of this choreo has interactions just within themselves and sometimes would look on blank space, and up. What I'm saying is, I think this song and performance is for our angel.

Its clear in their eyes that they're still hurting but they also are healing. Yes it's only been 5 months but maybe this is what they need(ed). I am so proud of them to be able to hold their concert in Japan and this come back. None of this is easy and there are going to be rumors but we as a family need to stand together. I agree esp since in the MV, the members are covered in a plastic wrapping while there's paint dripping over them. Therefore, I enjoy how this idea is still used in the performance. Their bright clothes and hair juxtaposes how they're feeling.
I noticed this too. I was watching the entire thing with chills building up in me. They look colorful, but their choreography is sobering. Like their saying, "hey i'm wearing this suit that y'all known me wear, trying my best to live forward even if i'm not fine yet.. because i believe that the goodness in life is coming soon." It's very real and relatable to anyone who's going through something difficult. It's been a while since i felt emotional in watching a comeback performance. It's sad but its lovely. It still hurts intensely to know they're missing one member; to know they'll only perform as four from now on. I used to hate their Why So Serious performances because Jonghyun wasn't there, just like I hated them performing Everybody without Jinki, because SHINee is, and will forever be five. My heart aches knowing there's a fifth chair missing. However, I admire them. I admire Jinki, Kibum, Minho and Taemin, just like I deeply admired Jonghyun. And just like I feel this deep, intense pain, I love them just as deeply, just as intensely, and it makes me so damn proud witnessing their strength, their resilience. This is the SHINee I grew up with. This is the SHINee I've loved for so long. And this is, definitely, the SHINee I'm standing with until the very end.
It helps me when I hear so much of Jonghyun's influence in the music and the lyrics. To me Jonghyun is there in the music. I can still hear him, even if it isn't his voice, it is the music he had a hand in creating. I find solace in that.

I've been putting off their comeback for months, you can tell they are sad. There is no light in their eyes just darkness, but the emotions shown in their come back. I can't imagination how hard it was to start preforming again, knowing that it was just the four of them. My heart goes out to them.
MercyTheFox Yes, it must have been very hard, but at the same time I feel like it was a very good decision - for them to go on stage and feel all the emotions with their fans. Now it’s almost a year later and the situation is much better. Taemin looks the happiest when he’s performing. I was so moved watching clips from his Sirius tour and from his latest concerts in Seoul. He looked absolutely happy and thrilled to be with his loving fans and I really loved it :)
The whole vibe is very fresh and fairy-like , from the song itself to the stage and outfits design and Koharu really captured that feeling in the choreography as well. I love everything about it. SHINee always delivering only the best quality. I'm so proud of them and I will always support them.

i love how they barely look toward the camera and having their eyes close or looking far away instead. And also the dynamic of the dance, sometimes they'll just sit and another time they'll run and dancing with such big move. I don't know it's just.. i can feel the energy and emptiness from the visual aspect and the warmth from the audio aspect at the same time. And they didn't try to hid the fact that one piece is missing, but they also show that they're trying their best to be stronger and support each other. This is just beautiful. The choreography is amazing, especially all the chairs and different formations (I prayed that none of them would slip, especially Minho, but I guess I worried over nothing, since he did it so smoothly). I love Key's hair -- both the cut and the color -- it suits him so well. Taemin's vocals are especially pure in this song, not to mention he looks so grown up now. I'm in love with Onew's voice color, it's so warm and it gives me fuzzy feeling in my tummy, lmao. Minho is so captivating, especially when he raps near the end. The chairs made me nervous in the begining when this song/choreo was released....but my mind was put to ease when they preformed this song on I believe it was weekly idol with the bathroom stools lolz. I love SHINee and my only regret is I only started listening to them this year. So the first 9 years I missed out on such great music. But I'm catching up lol
So beautiful. There's such a deep melancholy to this performance, even more so than the music video. But at the same time it also feels strongly cathartic. You can tell how united they are & how much strength they get from each other, especially since the choreography keeps them so close together & there's so much touching.
I'm not a Shawol but, damn. This performance really did something to my heart. I hope they, and also their fans, are healing and are well. I know how hard it can be, but let's all keep on fighting, because even if it's never going to be easy, I know for sure that it's going to be worth it.

One thing I noticed on this performance is that there where not much interaction with the audience. I mean we're all used to them singing facing the camera, but here, it's just different. And most of this choreo has interactions just within themselves and sometimes would look on blank space, and up. What I'm saying is, I think this song and performance is for our angel.

I noticed this too. I was watching the entire thing with chills building up in me. They look colorful, but their choreography is sobering. Like their saying, "hey i'm wearing this suit that y'all known me wear, trying my best to live forward even if i'm not fine yet.. because i believe that the goodness in life is coming soon." It's very real and relatable to anyone who's going through something difficult. It's been a while since i felt emotional in watching a comeback performance. It's sad but its lovely. I used to hate their Why So Serious performances because Jonghyun wasn't there, just like I hated them performing Everybody without Jinki, because SHINee is, and will forever be five. My heart aches knowing there's a fifth chair missing. However, I admire them. I admire Jinki, Kibum, Minho and Taemin, just like I deeply admired Jonghyun. And just like I feel this deep, intense pain, I love them just as deeply, just as intensely, and it makes me so damn proud witnessing their strength, their resilience. This is the SHINee I grew up with. This is the SHINee I've loved for so long. And this is, definitely, the SHINee I'm standing with until the very end.

I came into SHINee after they had lost Jonghyun. Over the past 2 months or so I have watched just about every video I can find and it saddens me that Taemin, Key, Onew and Minho lost a brother.....but to see and feel the love and admiration Jonghyun felt for them just warms my heart. listen, shinee has had some REALLY out there styling in the past. This is no where near as bad as past outfits, i actually like this styling; but i do agree a little with the general thought of shinee kinda gets some weird styling for their comebacks. Really all the way back to sherlock
I've been putting off their comeback for months, you can tell they are sad. There is no light in their eyes just darkness, but the emotions shown in their come back. I can't imagination how hard it was to start preforming again, knowing that it was just the four of them. My heart goes out to them.
MercyTheFox Yes, it must have been very hard, but at the same time I feel like it was a very good decision - for them to go on stage and feel all the emotions with their fans. Now it’s almost a year later and the situation is much better. Taemin looks the happiest when he’s performing. I was so moved watching clips from his Sirius tour and from his latest concerts in Seoul. He looked absolutely happy and thrilled to be with his loving fans and I really loved it :)

The choreography is amazing, especially all the chairs and different formations (I prayed that none of them would slip, especially Minho, but I guess I worried over nothing, since he did it so smoothly). So beautiful. There's such a deep melancholy to this performance, even more so than the music video. But at the same time it also feels strongly cathartic.
