They are legendary. They haven't released anything as a group in so long, however, it looks like they haven't even stopped for a month. They have everything. They always give us an energetic and fluid performance from the beginning. Their vocals are unparalleled and even their chemistry as a group is more than evident. They are a full group, they are artists. I love each and every one of them. I missed seeing them together so much that watching this made me cry with joy. WELCOME BACK SHINee!!!!!
I am crying to see them Happy together. Taemin is so comfortable with them during one video. The group just talk and their togetherness and understanding of each can be felt.
Im also not a shawol but excited for their biggest comeback. Also it's hard to pick a bias. Minho was the one who caught my attention first and I liked him in Hwarang. I also liked Onew from DOTS. Taemin as a soloist and in Super M and I also like Key as well. Sad that Jonghyun is gone though.

He used to be nervous but he is much more confident and experienced after 2 years of being on his own with the responsibility of carrying both SHINee brand and being an exceptional soloist. You can really tell how hard they have been working for this comeback. Taemin has been phenomenal the whole time that has always been true, but you can see and hear how much practice they have been cramming in. Onew's moves are sharper and more fluid, Keys vocals sound more stable (especially when they are all sitting on the chairs) and can we all talk about Minho for a moment? He has always been a great singer BUT I feel like his voice is so much stronger now? Sometimes it sounds like he strains his voice but especially in this and in I'm home he is so fluid and he makes his parts sound so easy. I'm really proud of how far he has come as a singer honestly.
I love this choreography, the fact that they don't look at the camera! They all look great, I love Onew blond and Key's long hair, Minho's hair grew a lot, and Taeminie's black and grey!
애들 진짜 실력이 안 멈추고 계속해서 늘어나는 것 같아,.. 데리러가만 봐도 본 활동 때보다 애들 보컬 탄탄해진 게 느껴져 본 활동 때 실력이 못했단 게 아니라 이미 탑급인데 탑오브탑급이 된 느낌 특히 온유가 발성법을 새로 배우고 있어서인지 소리를 아주 그냥 더 자유롭게 내는 것 같아

I agree about the new aura. I always felt that the mv gave it a feeling of sadness and melancholy, but this performance has morphed into something different. It is lighter and free-wheeling.

damn, I wanna cry hard I'm a baby shawol who started stanning SHINee months before they enter the military. it was so hard to stan a group entering hiatus, but SHINee was my only happiness at that time. I can't believe I can now support them fully. T__T

I wonder how did Shinee even manage singing while dancing all these while when i see almost all of group nowadays barely sing live. Stamina? These gorgeous men all past 25 and 30 i told ya. Idk how, but Shinee literally set the bar too high and make me think, if they can do it, why can't other group?
many new groups care more about their members becoming "influencers" on instagram and whatnot rather than good artists. (one girl group immediately comes to mind but i wont name it). I think EVERY performance at a concert should be a LIVE performance. After all, people should not be paying to see a group to lip-sync from a recording while barely moving around the stage. We have a youtube for that.

Actually many groups sing live while performing heavy dances these days. Shinee is one of the most amazing groups of all time and you don't have to degrade other groups to complement them.
there are many groups nowadays who sing live, they just use backing vocals because of how hard their choreography is. even shinee uses backup vocals and that’s not a bad thing to do.
This gave me tears of happiness... Jinki our amazing leader looks so happy to be in stage again... And his vocals are unbelievable!! Key sounds like his voice has toned down than before and BOY that hair suit him so much I wanted him to keep the mullet since " I wanna be" came out.. Taemin is stunning as always and with his members next to him the picture looks complete... Minho's sharp eyes had me captivated... The unique style is there the amazing vocals the simple yet really hard choreography is also there and they dance like they never even stopped... They look grown up and happy... I've missed them so much... Im so proud of them and the long way they have come SHINee is back people prepare yourselves❤️❤️❤️

This might be the first performance where I don't feel Key's grieving as much, unlike the first time he had this "I'm in pain" aura and it showed through his dance, but this feels like a song that has a special spot in his soul. I'm happy for them, we all miss him so much.
TSOL era was a painful one for everyone but looking back now, I'm thankful of the boys' resolution to continue. And now seeing them performing this song again hits differently...in a good way
@@Julianna_w I thought this performance had the feeling of celebrating Jonghyun, instead of grieving him (I don't think that will ever go away). They have also been mentioning Jonghyun in their on-air banter.
@@VegaEridani when it was performed back in 2018 the atmosphere was different. It was the first comeback without Jjong plus the fact that it was their 10th anniversary. Both hit Shawols differently back then.
@@Julianna_w Very true. For quite a while, I couldn't listen to their songs, without tearing up, particularly the TSOL tracks. That's why I'm really happy that they can perform this song again as an expression of love instead of something painful.

They wanted to respect the fans who were grieving but it felt like even mentioning him was a taboo. I think he finally found peace in military and came to terms with the feelings away from the media scrutiny. No wonder they all look so refreshed after coming back

You can really tell how hard they have been working for this comeback. Taemin has been phenomenal the whole time that has always been true, but you can see and hear how much practice they have been cramming in. Onew's moves are sharper and more fluid, Keys vocals sound more stable (especially when they are all sitting on the chairs) and can we all talk about Minho for a moment? He has always been a great singer BUT I feel like his voice is so much stronger now? Sometimes it sounds like he strains his voice but especially in this and in I'm home he is so fluid and he makes his parts sound so easy. I'm really proud of how far he has come as a singer honestly.
Vocal coaches do say that men get better vocals in their 30s... They are approaching that so this album should be AMAZING

I agree about the new aura. I always felt that the mv gave it a feeling of sadness and melancholy, but this performance has morphed into something different. It is lighter and free-wheeling.

@@sofit.1027 entertainment labels/agencies and some music shows use too much background (pre recorded)vocals. I think they call it LAR. Its kinda disappointing for us 2nd gen stans but you get used to it. They also blame the difficult choreos

I wonder how did Shinee even manage singing while dancing all these while when i see almost all of group nowadays barely sing live. Stamina? These gorgeous men all past 25 and 30 i told ya. Idk how, but Shinee literally set the bar too high and make me think, if they can do it, why can't other group?
many new groups care more about their members becoming "influencers" on instagram and whatnot rather than good artists. (one girl group immediately comes to mind but i wont name it). I think EVERY performance at a concert should be a LIVE performance. After all, people should not be paying to see a group to lip-sync from a recording while barely moving around the stage. We have a youtube for that.
@@anastasiab9506 That may be true, but let's remember that SHINee have grown so much as artists over the years. Given time to grow, I am sure the younger groups will become true artists in their own right, at least some of them!
Actually many groups sing live while performing heavy dances these days. Shinee is one of the most amazing groups of all time and you don't have to degrade other groups to complement them.
there are many groups nowadays who sing live, they just use backing vocals because of how hard their choreography is. even shinee uses backup vocals and that’s not a bad thing to do.

This gave me tears of happiness... Jinki our amazing leader looks so happy to be in stage again... And his vocals are unbelievable!! Key sounds like his voice has toned down than before and BOY that hair suit him so much I wanted him to keep the mullet since " I wanna be" came out.. Taemin is stunning as always and with his members next to him the picture looks complete... Minho's sharp eyes had me captivated... The unique style is there the amazing vocals the simple yet really hard choreography is also there and they dance like they never even stopped... They look grown up and happy... I've missed them so much... Im so proud of them and the long way they have come

This might be the first performance where I don't feel Key's grieving as much, unlike the first time he had this "I'm in pain" aura and it showed through his dance, but this feels like a song that has a special spot in his soul. I'm happy for them, we all miss him so much.
TSOL era was a painful one for everyone but looking back now, I'm thankful of the boys' resolution to continue. And now seeing them performing this song again hits differently...in a good way
@@Julianna_w I thought this performance had the feeling of celebrating Jonghyun, instead of grieving him (I don't think that will ever go away). They have also been mentioning Jonghyun in their on-air banter.
@@VegaEridani when it was performed back in 2018 the atmosphere was different. It was the first comeback without Jjong plus the fact that it was their 10th anniversary. Both hit Shawols differently back then.
