hey ! You can create a module by going in edit application from Application Navigator ! And the link type you should choose as - URL (from Arguments:) and paste the url in the arguments tab, thats it 🤓

I am using a Mac and somehow I am unable to see the field menu you are showing at 11:25 in the video. Right clicking does not bring up the menu for me. rather it brings up a different menu(like a page menu with options like "exit full screen, reload, etc). How do I get this field menu open? are there any keyboard shortcuts?
Hi Jordy, you can find any record context menu, like incident record, change record etc in their form context menu. Like if you open an Incident in form view then the form context menu is the record context menu.

Have you ever explained the "Child incident"? I can't recall.. This name was always strange sounding to me until I learnt that child refers to tables that are based on another table. But it seems your videos doesn't explain the 'child incident'.
Hahaha !! Good question.. Well child incident is like an incident which has a parent incident . So its like suppose there is an outage and 100 people are affected and everybody is raising different incident for the same issue. In that case it becomes difficult to manage for support team (who is working to fix the issue). So what happen is A master incident gets created ( a P1 incident) and then rest of the incidents are gets attached to the master incident and they become child incident. So now once the issue is fixed support team dont need to close all the incident. If the master incident is closed all the childe incident will also get closed ..🤓
Hey 👋 Maybe you need to upgrade your instance to the latest patch or try to release and take another fresh washington DC instance. Because again I am using the same version as you and it is working fine for me 🤓

If an incident has some additional task, that can be considered as Incident Task.
