    Am using version of washington DC. As u said incident. List and incident.do is not working for me... May I know why pls help

      I am also using Washington DC and anytable dot list is working absolutely fine 🤓

    Hello Pritam, i have selected washington DC version but after i got my instance i cannot find any all option or any option to see the records like this in video.. What do you suggest in this case?

      Hey 👋!!
      I think you got the app engine studio version not the admin one.
      Do one thing go to the developer.servicenow.com now click on your profile and select change role and choose admin.

    Hello pritam, i recently started and my UI in desktop is completly different from the one you showing also i noticed mobile and desktop UI are different. In the servicenow app engine studio there no dropdown menu as you showed for searching incident.Pls let me knw y is like this

      In the servicenow developer page, go to your profile and choose change role and from there choose Admin role, it should be okay

    Hi pritham Iam using Latest version of ServiceNow that is Washington DC, so when I created report like it is not coming at the top or not showing in the 1st page it is going to the last page I mean the dummy records have 67 right when I am creating it is coming from there. Tell me how to change this to appear in top

    Hi Pritam, I tried creating a developer instance after registering myself and clicked on "Start Building" but it directly takes me to the SN App engine Studio instead of an instance. What should I do?

      Hey !!
      no need to worry you got assigned the App Engine Creator role , just click on your profile and choose change user role and choose admin from there, thats it 🤓

      Can you please check you got the developer version or AES (App Engine Studio) version?
      When you open the developer version can you see a message saying Hi, Creator ??
      Please confirm me the same so that I can help you further.

      That's because you have not received the admin version of ServiceNow.
      Make sure you get the admin version of ServiceNow.

      @@GeethaYeluri Try to get any lower version like Utah, you should get admin one.
      When you request for a version go to your profile and check in the left hand side (User Role), you should see admin there.
      Let me know for any further issue.

      It is not necessary to learn Excel for snow, but basic understanding of Excel would help you in any IT job like sys admin.

      @@techwithpri I mean that in order to fetch lists u have mentioned it as to write it as .list but with users am unable to do so I have asked what can I do in this scenario

      With users means with different user or you mean user table?
      If user table you want to open then it should be - sys_user.list .
      if you are trying impersonating another user and not working for specific table that means they dont have necessary access to open the table 🤓

      Hey 👋
      honestly CSA is sometimes required as thats the entry level exam but if you have certain experience of working on different use case (business rules,client script, script include, notifications etc) then you should go for servicenow developer.
      Remember one thing without CSA or CAD, they would see your in hand experience with ServiceNow configuration 🤓

      @@techwithpri ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory for applicants, or if completion of alternative certifications such as those available through Udemy or other ServiceNow developer courses would be deemed sufficient

      So if you are looking for ServiceNow Developer job and you have CSA only that does not matter to the interviewer but make sure there would be minimum 2 rounds of interview to check your technical development skill.
      if you clear that none can stop you to get a ServiceNow Developer job 🤓
