For the form and list titles, you don't need to right-click because all those options are available as formal menus in the upper left. It feels less 'secret' this way. The same is true for the list headers. In Next Experience, when you hover over a column header, a "traffic light' icon shows up as a menu indicator. No need to right-click - simpler to learn for newbies and less mysterious. For lists, the only thing you really need to right-click is on a list row/cell or form field label. Did I miss anything?
