I was not expecting a vlog today but I’m so excited there was a new one today! Livvy is a tough girl. I remember when she was younger and got a really bad bloody nose at the water park. She is so tough! I was a little bit older than her when I got my first set of braces because when I was 8, I was still losing baby teeth. Livvy is almost 9 years old! Time flew so fast! I can’t wait for Hallie’s birthday vlog and back to school shopping!
A water pick is a nice add to the other things provided too. They make kid ones. My 3 year old granddaughter likes hers. I brush her teeth, then use that and then let her. It’s hard to regular floss at her age, so we use cute little flossers for kids. Livvy looks so cute in her braces! Congratulations!

I have had braces for awhile now and you can eat those foods but it’s not recommended because it’s easy to break a bracket off. Corn:off the cob Gum: sugar free or just be careful Apples: cut up. Me personally I go through tooth picks stuff like that like crazy. Also take Tylenol to help with pain. Hope this helps!
So cool I got my brace and it is a little painful but you well get used to them and its so cool because you can choose your color and you can have more then one colors 😊 and you look beautiful.

Some of those rules for braces I don’t exactly follow them, like soda and sometimes popcorn and gum and takis😅. My orthodontist told me I only need to brush my teeth two times a day. I feel like everyone’s different but for the first week I couldn’t even eat grapes because it hurt so bad. 😅
Same😂 I drink soda and eat takis. Still don’t eat popcorn and gum but I only brush twice a day normally. The first day I tried to eat a cucumber and well..yeah I didn’t finish the cucumber

My daughter just got braces. She has an expander. The hardest thing for her right now is food in the expander. I agree with a water pick. She brushes her teeth a lot better. The first few days might hurt. For some reason, braces make them seem older.
