35 by 35 means, it’s 35 meters by 35 meters, all 4 sides 35m in length, in fact I was scammed with that R10k, someone bought land near me for less than R1k, don’t laugh at me😂.
In my village in Giyani it's R500 for village people but others it's not morethan R5000 or less. 2km away from town. Building a house it's a way to go guys. I'm going to build mine in a village as well.
I have travelled almost every Province. There is always land in every Province, affordable land is in rural areas) villages. But now our villages are modern. We developing.

The house is built at the bottom of a mountain, it’s practically built on rocks. The mountain is its foundation as well 😂
