Beautiful clay bricks in my country they are approximately 2.5 Rands each and are sun dried 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️I want to learn how to make proper heated clay bricks
in my mind i thought all the brick walls are double bricks, isnt the single brick wall gonna risk breaking when you have to grind ridges into it for the electrical cables?
I once rented a new house they forgot to put Damp proof 😢….Yhooo the fungus would climb the walls the owner ended up selling it ..!!Wen I build il make sure the put that damp proof cs the stress of u miss it …Is unmatched
Sad😩 Im building a four bedroom house and the labor is R60K I agreed to pay for each level, foundation, walls & roofing. So far I paid R40K. I don't believe in exploiting other people 😩
I believe i know where this house is. a lot of the new houses cheap out on labour and you can really see it. The finish on the house is good but before the finish you can see a log of imperfections
nice looking neighbour house until you look at the roof tiles on the hip and you can see the terrible cement surplus and not even coloured to match the colour of the tiles. Who is in charge? Ramaphosa? Somebody needs to tell the guy in the blue shirt and floppy hat that when using a claw hammer, your thumb should be behind the shaft to aid in direction, his fingers are all clutched around the shaft as if he was using it on somebody's head.
I have a quote for R25 000 for all brickwork (blocks) for a 2 bedroom, open plan kitchen and dining + toilet. R12 000 for plastering R15 000 roofing Are those fair labor costs?
R25 grand personal I think it’s bit high -it should roughly between R15 grand -R20grand for 2 bedroom , more specifically with open kitchen. Please do another quote from different places , cause hayikhona 😢

I am looking for a contractor to build a house. Are you interested
Labour R20 000 ? Come on that house is too big for R20 000& Roofing labour R17000 maybe
I believe i know where this house is. a lot of the new houses cheap out on labour and you can really see it. The finish on the house is good but before the finish you can see a log of imperfections
It's for the walls
They should reduce it to 17 000? Or you meant to say 170 000?
Yoh 87 rands for a bag of cement. Thats cheap. Unless its lower newton because i usually pay 110 for 32.5N cement.
Oop, it 32.5N.😂
R110 for 32.5N cement no ways
Free qoute😊
Where can i found these people
I need them too😢
Cement prices are killing us here in Limpopo, look at how they are affordable there😮
Yrd
In jhb. Remember last year a bag WAs around 75 but we I get to venda it was around 115
So you hired a storage shed at R2200 when that is what it cost to build one.
As I wait for a storey cost
But maPiano videos have millions of views. Goes to show where our priorities are as youth. Good work bro. Keep it up.

Everything looks expensive in SA
20000 rand for the labour?????? I thought slavery was finished
Wow R20 000 for labour 😳Why people build houses with small bricks?
These bricks can withstand and distribute weight better in comparison to blocks
That music in the end is very weird.
Yeah, they had a strange playlist. I heard all the genres during the build.
Zimbabwean unregistered builders with nhbrc are very cheap and unaccountable when it comes to guarantee of their workmanship!

Labour 20k😅
your labour was so cheap KwaZulu Natal it's supper expensive.
Thats the same thing i am dealing with. The labour in kzn is 3 times for a smaller house
Bro where did you buy your bricks
Also, want to know where did he buy his materials?
