  • Spicy, aromatic and tender-crispy hand-torn cabbage, is delicious and a famous dish in China cuisine restaurants.
    Ingredients:
    - 300g cabbage (core part removed, hand-torn into bite sizes)
    - 3 cloves sliced garlic
    - 3 rehydrated dried chilli
    - 1/3 tbsp szechuan peppercorn
    - 3 tbsp cooking oil
    - 1/2 tsp white pepper
    - 2 tbsp light soy sauce
    - 2 tbsp cooking wine

    Is that an induction 9rbregular glass cooktop?? What kind of wok are you using??? My round bottom one doesn't work so well on my glass stovetop lmao

      My stovestop is ceramic cooker. My wok is nitrigan cast iron wok. Ya, you need buy flat bottom.
