What’s with all the repeats
All what repeats?
When it says REUPLOAD it will mostly be due to it being removed by UA-cam before everyone could see it. On this occasion it was removed due to a privacy complaint by someone who made a fool of themselves. I have added a blur and chipmunk voice so they cannot do it again but at least this way the video can stay up and be watched by whoever wants a laugh. 💚💚💚

If they actually listened to what he is saying they would say "Yes I'd love to learn what the law is here", but what they think they hear from him is him making excuses, smoke and mirrors about the situation. MoD contracted site, jesus christ, the MoD couldn't give a toss otherwise they wouldn't be using a company with such visibility from the footpath.
I thought there is no privacy in public, so I don’t know how UA-cam can uphold their right to privacy. The general law in the UK is you can record anything you can see as long as you are on public property.
To be honest they'd never seen a camera before.

Its not only about just doing what he pleases but there is a reason why he should be allowed to do as he pleases, beyond making money: I think he just wants to do good for us all, helping with things no one else would do and educating people. This is a good thing making sure people are doing the right thing and filming people's opinions so we all get a chance to contribute. Now they know. DJ wont arrest them, only tell them (i assume generally). If the authorities took action before they knew it would be hell for them with fines and stuff. I rarely see DJ make a mistake, maybe once in a while he does, but still not sure.

Fire Hydrants may be used by street cleaners when they have permission from the relevant water company.

Certain wagons like utilities don't actually need operator discs in the screen. I'm also pretty sure certain companies can pay for a license to use fire hydrants.
looking at the colour and markings on it, looks like a welsh water issued metered standpipe that authorises him to use a washout hydrant connection to access mains water. I think the point was this was not a washout hydrant.

I'm not shure if it differs in different areas but a few companies near me have metered stand pipes to take wate from hydrants then submit the readings to the water company to pay for it
The hydrants come from the same mains as everyone else's water so no different from filling up from a garden hose as long as they are paying for what they use

So yes if 446 to 446.2 allocations for pmr 446 no one can really care about listening or even tx but we're these actually pmr 446, anything else though licensed freqs etc is illegal, u say pmr but u didn't say whether pmr 446
It's just a case of being careful, at an airshow I listen to security, emergency services etc and military and civil aircraft pretty open, but going to a site to confirm or find freqs then more radios in bags sds 100 ubc3600 great as do dmr and full version of sds 100 nxdn, p25 etc as well and built in record, keep volume low record 5 minutes, then discreet listening then record next lot
If you get yourself a Polarized lens you will be able to record what is inside the the windows as it will filter out the light blinding your view

It is illegal to use a fire hydrant. The company and the individual can be held liable.
Not correct, companies can use hydrants to extract water and if you look there is a water meter on the pipe he is using which measures the amount, this is then read off and paid for.
