Doesn't make sense why Toni would just have Joey killed - Joey is somewhat an inadequate inheritor, but Toni wouldn't have had him killed, he would've just left him where he was, which was working at his garage, Toni doesn't even show much of a desire to _run_ the Leone Family, he's loyal to the Don and his family by extension, and that would extend to Joey too, doesn't make sense for him to just turn on Joey the moment he becomes the Don here, no one really shows a desire to want to become the new Don - Joey just wants to stick to his garage for the most part, Luigi's too focused with running his club, and everyone else just straight up doesn't care for it or, just wanting stability, chose Toni instead. The story could've worked better if it was about an entirely new guy rising through the ranks of the Leone Family, kind of like how Toni rose through the ranks (a second time) in the Leone Family in LCS , doesn't make sense for Toni to go from being loyal to Salvatore and his family to betraying Joey because something something securing his position I might be reading too much into this lmao Also, white text on top of white textures, without any sort of border around the text, brilliant design!
One has to consider paranoia to be a factor when one reaches such high and dangerous positions. Many people want power and they'd be willing to do anything it takes to get it. That's partly why the notion of an insidious enemy among our ranks is a very popular concept in dictatorships and other criminal organizations. It's not a matter of "is there actually an enemy" but rather "does the leader believe there's an enemy". Another vital thing is not losing legitimacy. As a leader one may even afford a degree of unpopularity as long as the people under them see no alternatives to the leader. And for that reason people who have some sort of legitimacy - for example being the former Don's son - would be a threat to the leader even if they appear harmless and uninterested. What also doesn't help is Toni knowing first hand that sometimes all it takes to kill a boss is one man - Paulie Sindacco, Kazuki Kassen, Massimo Torini. The Leones also probably know Claude took out Sal alone. All of the above are arguments in favor of why Toni could want Joey dead. But we must also not forget that Toni is kind of stupid, so there's a good chance none of those thoughts would cross his head in the first place. And most importantly we must also not take Toni's mom out of the equation. She's a complete wildcard, whatever she'd tell Toni to do, he would.

Mod actually looks decent, given it's age. Even remotely reminds me of True Crime NYC and maybe Mafia a bit. I would've definitely played it, this is legit not even remotely as bad as stuff I've played back in 07-10
5:00 if you look up a bit of software called "Dual Monitor Tools", it allows you to lock a mouse on one monitor providing you cant fix it by changing the resolution or window type. GTA IV does that too
