In vanilla gta 3 there is garage in shortside that sells flamethrower and molotov
I don't remember the exact location but i think it was around pike creek
(and yes the game never tells you anything about that)
it's in one of the garages just behind shorside vale police station
the old modem sound has become Liv's trademark by now, can't say I'm getting tired of it though

...Are NPCs this loudly repetitive in vanilla or is it just the mod?
I think the issue is that there are way more enemies in an area than you'd ever see in vanilla, meaning you hear lines much more often
On the off chance that you don't find this out later on in the video or in the playthrough as a whole, the flamethrower that 'became available at Ammunation' @ ~40 minute mark or so is probably located in a garage in Pike (Pine? :D) Creek in a location close to where you receive a mission from 8ball in GTA LCS. You can buy molotovs and flamethrowers there in vanilla too, btw, though it's not really an Ammunation either way, and really BEGINit missed a decent opportunity to one-up vanilla and actually introduce that place to the player :-D

Oh god, that reminds me of a similar crash that happened to me when I was modding GTA: San Andreas. Anytime the game failed to load the menu textures properly(like a white screen in the timestamp mentioned), that means it’s having memory issues. Within a few minutes, the game will crash. To get around that bug in SA, I had to install 2 mods to make the game use more of my RAM (like 2GB instead of only 30% of it which would equal about 500MB of it iirc).
I don’t think a mod exists like that for GTA 3 sadly.
