As a retired Landscape Co owner, this is so cool to see the younger gen having such great entrepreneurial skills and motivation to keep this business thriving. Great job!
A nice explanation of doing business and what to pay attention to. It is crucial to invest in quality and material that lasts a long time. Including a shed or workspace that retains its value and that you can supplement over the years with extra goodies. And what you can look back on. Deliver quality and the customers will remain customers. Word of mouth is the best way to grow.
Caleb& Brittany, congratulations!! 🎊🎈🎉 Y’all are one of the examples that, a dream, hard work, diligence,& blessings can bring achievement of one’s goals in life. I love it that is gonna be one amazing shop when there done & sounds like he's been planning this for 20 years that is every man's dream I love it thanks for the video Brian I wish them nothing but 100% wishes & good luck...
nice shop tour, one thing you might want to consider in the office area is a small first aid room. Not only because Caleb cut his thumb but it might be mandatory if you have more than a certain number of employees. also having a few employees trained in first aid would be important also. just a thought.
the turn around time on these videos is crazy, you guys were just there the other day filming and you already have a 30+ minute video edited and posted. Keep it up!
When speaking of sharing an office, right before she said "Sixteen-foot barn doors we can close in case we're mad at each other", I said out loud "What happens when you're mad at each other?". That cracked me up but surely they have thought things through.

Absolutely should have house wrapped that building even if you were doing spray foam. But considering it is being sprayed, the house wrapped would have been mandatory. You don’t want the foam adhering directly to the metal because when the sun heats that steel up, it’s going to want to expand. That foam has the potential to locked the panels preventing it from moving. That’s going to cause buckling and wrinkling.
Thanks for the tour guys!
Leave us a comment down below and let Caleb know what you guys love about the shop, or anything they should implement!
Lights in the new truck?
Send me the company location of this building

No sleep 😭😭
You have to go back to this one in 12 months and do another tour. Sounds like it will be a fantastic business
Even this fall!

Great video, ready to see those sniper bunkers!
Love it and awesome to hear to God be the glory
Wonderful shop. Does the shop have heated floors also like the office?
One thing every shop forgets to do is adding a pit to work on vehicles. Can’t wait to see the finish product👍🏽
A pit?! Hahahha What are you? 1952? Lifts are where it's at.

So much quicker changing your oil in a pit no matter vehicle/equipment size
Nice! -- QUESTION -- Small question.. we like the black headliner in your F250. Was that special ordered? We keep seeing white or grey headliners..
This is huge. Major credit! (Deleted other comment. No spoilers) lol
Beautiful Fairfield County Ohio!
All Glory to God.God Bless you and your family 🙏🙏
Great Video ! How did you decide to do a wood building versus a steel building?
They need a good solar for power ease on the bills and generator ( for backup
We've considered solar and will definitely have a generator!
Do you have a rough cost not counting the heated floor so the foundation, building, doors and windows. I subscribed and a thumbs up.
$750k+ if I had to guess
You need to come check out Pace-Sankar landscaping here in tuscrawrus county northeast Ohio
Hey Brian do you have any recommendations to buy edger blades in bulk eight or 9 inch with half inch center hole thanks

On attachments go vertical in the storage.
Should have went with steel truss
Do you have a rough idea how much something like this will cost
Are those 20' eaves?
How did u find a bank that gave u a loan for a land? With no building on it...
Most banks can finance land. Especially banks that specialize in land loans / farm loans.
And listen to your wife! (Closing Statement)!!!😁
Can you convert this to a home?
I’m sure they could if they wanted to
That’s a sweat shop.
Are they living on property as well
No - they live off site.
Yardbook can fly you around all summer and sponsor videos but still can’t create an iOS app 😭
