I run or fast walk in the morning, 30 minutes after I get up. But I cannot lift weights in the morning. Even after a run, my muscles are just more limber in the afternoon.
I have always been a morning person. So, I'm done of my training by no later than 8 AM. Walk or slow run at least 5 days a week from 40 to 60 minutes. Then I will do some Bodyweight {gymnastics} and or weight training 2 to 3 times a week. I'm 81 now and have had to back off a little on the weights due to lack of recovery. I have done these 50 to 60 years now. Take no meds and haven't had a physical since 1986. Do my own blood pressure and pulse etc. Also check my glucose. I did a full blood workup about three years ago. I live in Mexico, so I don't need a doctor to get this done. So far so good. I'm happy I found this video. I love things that are backed with research. Subscribed and liked. Thank you, Sir.
Oh my goodness thank you so much for this succinct and informative video put together so intelligently! I got the info i needed in minutes in a calm tone of voice and with scientific data to back it up. Great job!
Great video, thank you for the work. I just have one question. I sometimes workout close to bed time just because I don’t have a set schedule working on film sets. And I’ve always struggled getting up in the mornings. So, I sometimes get home and with a small window, I squeeze in a workout and I’m in bed by the next hour. Any thoughts or recommendations?
Some Japanese empirical research studies (among many other sources) found that blood glucose levels decreased significantly if one exercised within 30 minutes after a meal, regardless of the time of day. Exercising AFTER THOSE 30 MINUTES had NO IMPACT on the blood sugar levels. Dr. Sean Hashmi, how soon after eating did they exercise, and WHAT EXACTLY WERE THEY EATING ????
If I workout at the morning may be whole my day going in bad😂 coz i know i m doing gym exercises in evning 4:30 to 7: 00 pm nd after bake home nd just laying on the bad
Before a bath, reason being is that if the facility that you're training in is filthy, you're going to want to shower immediately to prevent things like staph. Even if the facility is clean, you likely won't want to be hot and sweaty for too long. That's a great way to get warts and other things. Just my two cents.
What's your favorite time to work out?

@@Nadege949 That's great that you are doing something for yourself first thing in the morning.
10 to 11 morning. But 16to 19 is even better.

Good.
Hi, should we eat before exercise or after exercise?
Hi there. It depends on your activity. When I do jiu jitsu, I try to eat 2 hours before for energy and some after for recovery
