Love this but I have a question - how do you quantify the ROI on a video that you produce ? In other forms of investment like say google ads or fb ads etc you can quickly see metrics like conversions, sales etc but in video it tends to be softer signals.
Good question. In short, it has to be discussed and set in stone right from the beginning of the relationship. You assess what they’re measuring at the moment, and if they don’t already have processes in place for measuring the ROI of their video, then you help them put that process in place. Not particularly difficult to do but most creatives I see completely overlook doing this and just focus on creating a good looking product
